Below average

Nothing to write home about. Breakfast is just enough to call it a breakfast.

Please do not look at pictures for this hotel. It

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Pros: Nothing this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Cons: Cleanliness of the entire place. It was horrible.
It was awful, this is the dirtest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was a disgrace. Please do not book this hotel. The entire room was awful. I thought I could save about 20 dollars by booking this but I wish I had spend the extra money. This is the first hotel I have ever complained about

Stay at the Stadium Inn

Posted Mar 21, 2017
Pros: we liked the breakfast, the room, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: English lessons for housekeeping staff.
Location: We were very near the freeway, which was a good thing. We were close to downtown and ended up there very often during our stay.
The experience of the Stadium Inn was mostly good. The room was nice and I could see the housekeeping staff doing a good job making up the room. Unfortunately I don't think they knew enough English to tell SHAMPOO from CONDITIONER, so I had to search the cart out to get shampoo. I don't know if there was a rule about towels but I didn't get extras even after asking (English comprehension?). I would have wished for two chairs in the room so my husband and I could both sit at the desk while we were on our computers. Being a bit disabled, I found the lack of grab bars in the bathtub to be a problem. Aside from that, the 5 days we spent there went well.

First night out i n a 1 week trip

Posted Mar 21, 2017
Pros: It was OK, everything worked. Road construction made it rought to get to.
Compared to the rest of the trip, this was good. It went downhill from here.

Very nice hotel for the price.

Posted Mar 20, 2017
This was a great hotel for my family. We got a double room with a balcony. The view could have been better if not blocked by trees, but not a big deal for me. The staff were awesome the entire time. Breakfast was great compared to most places. The added bonus of checkout at 12 instead of 11 was an excellent way to wrap up our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not an ideal location for downtown attractions

Posted Mar 6, 2017
Pros: Ummm...the shower was hot and had good water pressure
Cons: Beds, Curtains (several gaps where light came through night and day), Better insulation??? It was so noisy
Location: In a rundown part of town. Would not want to walk around this location. We would have cancelled our reservation if we could have when we saw the locat
This hotel is downtown but not ideal for walking to restaurants and other popular attractions. It is right on the interstate if you are just stopping while on the road. We felt like the hotel was rundown but it did seem clean. The bed was not comfortable and the room was very noisy. You could very clearly hear noises inside the hotel as well as from the parking lot and interstate. Breakfast was comparable to other hotel breakfasts. There was a good selection. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out. They were friendly and the process was quick.

Good location low price!

Posted Mar 2, 2017
I checked in and it was a fast smooth process. The gentleman at the front desk named Andre was awesome. I had a small issue with my first room Andre quickly resolved it by giving me another room close by. He was very polite and extremely understanding. This employee should definitely be acknowledged for a job well done. There was a few small items I told the lady at checkout about. The rooms could use some small touch ups... they could raise rates slightly to help cost. Overall good stay and great staff!! Working at a front desk job myself I was thrilled to see great service!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize we missed replacing the toilet paper. The front desk has many rolls that are available for guests. We would have been happy to give you two rolls so you wouldn't have to think up creations to finish your business. We hope to see you again, next time we will make sure you have toilet paper in your room.

Great hotel for the price-minutes from downtown

Posted Feb 21, 2017
Pros: Breakfast, parking, friendliness of staff, closeness to downtown Chattanooga
Cons: Different curtains in the bedroom? The main curtains were shear, so there was a lack of privacy and they let in a lot of light in the morning.
Location: Literally minutes from downtown, which is close to many attractions. Much cheaper than actually staying downtown, but no difference.
This was our first time in Chattanooga. This hotel was great for the price and only minutes from downtown. The breakfast was pretty amazing - basically everything from cereal, to make-your-own waffles. The wifi was decent and the room clean, comfortable, and just enough space for my husband and I. The fridge and microwave were great to have also. The staff were very friendly. We plan on coming back to Chattanooga and we would definitely stay here again!
