This hotel is charming and secluded. Not quite as close to Giverny as it appears. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The staff spoke no English but was patient with our poor French.
They accommodated us very well after one of our party became unwell. Struggles at times with translations and out of the way, but did the job and some good food options here and nearby

B&B OK but No Dinner!
We stayed for two nights, Saturday and Sunday 24/25 June 2023.
The hotel has a rather bleak exterior on a country main road but the interior is very pleasant, with a large dining area and an attractive bar. Our motel style room was well laid out and equipped, with a comfortable bed, and the location was convenient for our short visit to the area.
Sadly, reception on arrival was dreadful. There was only one member of staff in evidence who appeared to be a chambermaid doing reception duties as well. She clearly resented having to deal with English speaking guests. I have been travelling in France for many years and while my French is not fluent I normally have no difficulty in hotels, shops etc.
We also discovered that in spite of a substantial menu board displayed at the entrance, there was in fact no restaurant or bar service other than breakfast available over the weekend.
In my experience this is out of keeping with a Logis hotel. We had no advance notice and apart from a neighbouring pizza bar there was nowhere local to get a meal or drink.
However our breakfasts were excellent, with friendly service (different staff) and well up to what I expect from Logis de France so the story is not all bad.
It not a good place to have your dinner if you’re vegetarian. They don’t seem to understand the concept and give you boring food with lots of eggs and no vegetables 😳

Rest stop
Close to freeway, but place need maintenance. Had a good rest, but could have been better, shower is broken and my kid almost got hurt from falling shower door.
Very high quality for a 2-star hotel - clean and modern. We were positively surprised. We could check-in early with no extra cost. We absolutely recommend the hotel. However, it seems that the area does not offer much for tourists.
Common spaces were impressive with lots of character. Rooms were nice but much smaller than we expected. Service was extremely good. Very much enjoyed the brunch. Worked out great for us but not quite what we were expecting. Still felt like we got good value for our money.
Our family stayed here for two nights on our way from Normandy back to Paris. It was very conveniently located near the toll road and relatively conveniently located to Giverny (which was our main destination). It was quiet and an easy point from which to return to CDG airport. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was lovely -- lots of delicious choices on the buffet table. One night, we enjoyed a nice dinner at the Gaston Pizzeria next door.
Stayed twice recently, good location, easy to find, plenty of secure parking. Room clean and tidy, every thing you need. Lovely bar, restaurant, nice food, good service, plentiful buffet breakfast.
Friendly staff, a good stop-over, will stay again.

A Night at the Les Nympheas Hotel
A pleasant stay at this hotel having travelled through France which was raining most of the day. Both the breakfast and dinner was very nice and the hotel friendly. Would stay again as it was good value for money.
recommended by a friend and nearby resident. simple and very clean and a great breakfast. It is in the middle of nowhere but it was close to where we needed to be.
We were pleasantly surprised at the outset and very happy by the time we checked out of our recent one night stay at Les Nympheas. Our group of four was enroute to Paris from Normandy and needed a place to stay for one night. None of us knew anything about the Hotel prior to our sta.
we had a lovely meal in the attached restaurant but unfortunately our room was a chalet type room with a door leading outside to an exterior but covered walkway. this meant that unfortunately we were plagued by ants from the outside , coming in under the door. however the bathroom was a decent size and the staff were attentive and friendly
We stayed at this hotel for one night on a recent road trip through France. Nothing fancy but definitely had everything we needed.
The front desk was especially helpful and quite possibly one of the nicest men we met on our trip. We'd requested a non-smoking room and the previous guest very obviously smoked in the room we were given. We asked if another room was available and he was more than happy to oblige. He even ran all the way up the to check the second room to make sure it was smoke-free. Then he gave us a recommendation to a restaurant for dinner, which was excellent.
The location was also ideal. We were headed off to see the Giverny Gardens and this hotel was only a 10-15 minutes drive away. Super easy to find off the highway and conveniently located near a petrol station.
My only negative was that I wished they had a lift. We were on a 2.5 week roadtrip with quite a few luggage and a lift would've been awesome. But the stairs up weren't too bad and it really wasn't too much of a hassle. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we're ever in the area.
Hotel is situated next to a busy road but set back a bit. Rooms, however, are principally round the back at ground level as in a Motel. This means no traffic noise and ease of access by being able to park right outside the apartment door. Very convenient. Staff very pleasant and welcoming.
We stayed one night for the convenience of visiting Monet garden, which turned out to be 8km away from this hotel. The hotel literally is in the middle of nowhere, and both of our gps cannot find the address. We spent more than half hour to find it. There is only one restaurant next to the hotel, terrible food and overpriced. Don't go!
Nympheas (despite its name) is not very close to Giverny. It is a peaceful, almost rural hotel in the charming town of Chaufour-les-bonnieres. If you have a car, then the trip is no problem and Nympheas would be a great place to stay. We had to arrange taxis which were quite expensive (but still worth it!)
The concierges were amazingly helpful and friendly!
Wifi is not very strong-- I would not recommend this for business travelers.

Too far from Giverny
The hotel is not in the vicinity of Claude Monet museum
The hotel is close to autoroute 13, but at least 20 min from the museum
Friendly service, comfy room and just 15 minutes away from Giverny. Breakfast was delicious too. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant just outside the hotel and had fantastic pizzas, which was completely unexpected. We would definitely stat here again if we are in the area or as an over-stop to or from our holidays in France.
Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely room and breakfast with a wide choice.
This is not a 5 star hotel but an ideal short break or stopover and exactly what we were looking for. Looks like an up-market American motel style with charming French reception and breakfast/lounge area.
This is probably not ideal unless you have a car and don't let the bumpy entrance to the car-park put you off. Free car parking but no idea where the nearest transport is.
Nice Italian restaurant next door and only 20 mins drive from Monet's Garden.

2-Star Hotel with 5-Star Service
We booked at Les Nympheas to get away from Charles DeGaulle Airport and to get a head start on our trip to Normandy. We were looking for an inexpensive, convenient, comfortable and clean room for one night.
We were delayed in getting to the hotel by a Lufthansa strike. The staff arranged access to the hotel and our room even though we arrived at 1:00 a.m ! The room was clean and comfortable. We were exhausted from our trip and slept through breakfast. Fortunately, Madame welcomed us into the dining room and provided breakfast, even though it was after the posted hours.
This is a 2-Star hotel with 5-Star service ! We will definitely use it in the future.

Good access to Monet's Givernay.
Our first impression was that the building was fine but that the surrounding area needed some work to make it more inviting to passing trade. There is a lot of rough ground around the car park and broken floor tiles in the entrance. It reminded us of an American Motel with external stairs to the first floor rooms. The receptionist was friendly and was prepared for us.The decor was simple and tasteful inside - white and brown. The room was a good size with toilet and bathroom separate. In room 108 the shower had to be used by hand as the wall fixing was broken. There is a limited restaurant and bar menu, but there are a couple of restaurants next door and over the road. The bed was very comfortable and there was very little noise from the N13 road. The gates are locked at 10 pm with coded entry .
Hôtel confortable, calme même s'il est proche de la route; petit jardin d'agrément. Personnel professionnel et prévenant. Chambre confortable. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Bonne étape.
