I had the suite n my room faces directly on to the main street. When they advertise clubs n thai boxing it can get noisy. Room tv size is a bit small n analog cable has bad quality channels.

They are constantly trying to extort money while having a meal, if the sheet or the pillow gets dirty, they charge an exorbitant price for a new one, only hand out a body towel, and there is no possibility of an additional pillow even with an additional charge

The hotel was clean and tidy, however, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the corridor was very echoey so the noise from other hotel guests doors opening and closing travelled down the hallway. Otherwise good location and close to the beach.

Book if you want to ruin your vacation
I would never book this hotel again, the worst overall experience, ruined my vacation. I booked a premier room, but there were some small bugs in the room, the mattress was very stiff, the tv is installed above the entrance in the bathroom and i hit it with my head (and I'm only 6 ft tall). On top of all that, the worst customer service; they said they are are allowing a friend to enter the room for 5 minutes to wait for me while i was changing only if i pay 1200 Baht. When i confronted the manager she said while she was smiling that i can give them bad reviews if i don't like it, that was the only comment. Don't book and destroy your vacation!

Place was fabulous,staff was next level
I normally don't review hotels I stay at, but this hotel was incredible. In particular, Lee,who worked the front desk. This man not only made sure we were comfortable with our stay (got us cabs, told us the best hotspots,etc), when I left my headphones at the hotel, he went above and beyond to get them back to Australia with no damage! The level of service was incredible. Thank you Floral Hotel team!

Lovely place to stay!
Fantastic hotel and outstanding value for money. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful! We had breakfast included and it was delicious with eggs in a style of your choice made fresh to order. We especially loved the deck cocktail bar with really good takeaway cocktails for 79THB! The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main strip of bars restaurants and the beach. Recommend staying here 100%!

Incorrect booking
Completely ruined my stay by incorrectly booking me in for only 2 nights of my booked 3 night stay. It made being a member of a wedding party difficult due to rechecking in to the hotel for the final night. I was only there for 3 nights and they couldn't get this right! They did find book me into another hotel, but the situation was annoying

Do not go there!
Apart of the great location and nice breakfast, this is a poor place to stay in. The air conditioner sounds like a tractor, asking for additional towel, we were told that under hotel policy "only 2 towels per day", but, this is not the worst part. After we found out that housekeeping 'cleaned' some money from our room (we double verified it in the following day) we contacted the manager who even didn't offer to return it (it was a very small amount, BTW). Don't go there!

Disappointing. Stay Somewhere else.
Don't let the beautiful lobby and pool fool you. This hotel is not that nice. I stayed for only one night, and that was enough. While the lobby and pool areas are slick, modern, and clean, the rooms are certainly not. The initial room i was placed into was small and not so clean. There were stains in the tub, the main set of windows had grease and grime all over, the furniture was battered and stained, the bathroom window handle was broken so the window could not fully close (hello mosquitos!!!), the air conditioner was wheezy, and the room in general had a fine layer of dust over everything. I was not very happy and was moved to another room. That room was more modern and a bit nicer. But, it still was not very good. The air conditioner was wheezy and loud, with a filter that had probably been changed a year or two ago. The furnishing were still old and battered. And to top it all off, you can hear the pounding music from the bars and discos down the street, even at 1 a.m! Good luck if you like sleeping. Were there any positives about this hotel? Well, the breakfast was pretty good. And the main street of Chaweng Beach location is perfect if you're young and want to party it up and don't mind all the noise. Otherwise, nothing else worth mentioning. You can definitely find more modern and all around better lodgings in Chaweng Beach, especially at the prices this hotel is charging.

Great location- across the street from the Chaweng beach, so many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, but standard European size- a tad smaller than this American is used to. Very comfortable though!

Positive: We got upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room, since all the superior rooms was full. The staff was friendly and service minded. The breakfast was very decent. The bed was super comfy. Good area, close to everything, and a mini mart right outside the door. Negative: Wifi comes and goes. Mostly not working. The deluxe room felt a bit claustrophobic with dark walls and there was really no air circulation. The AC was sort of living it's own life. It was freezing during night time, even though we had set the AC on 28 - 30 degrees.

Good comfortable hotel in great location.
This is a great hotel, not too far from the beach. It is on the main road with all of the shops and bars and therefore has easy access to everything. The rooms are comfortable with huge king sized beds. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location at the top of the Chewang strip, pity about the construction next door, but not the hotels fault. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great happy hour with food cooked on the deck. Would stay here again if visiting Koh Samui

Desk staff, housekeeping, porters very good and friendly in particular front desk staff who accommodated my many amendments to 6my stay gracefully and professionally. Great location, pool, breakfast and bedrooms spacious and fully equippedhave marked down cleanliness and rooms on the above Downside on my stay was demolition work being carried out every day that caused a fair racket. No discount received. Secondly there seemed to be an odour creeping from the pipes somewhere, not nice. New room last couple days was perfect. i hav Last comment: on arrival I had booked online and because that wasn't immediately evident to mgr where the booking was entered there did appear to be an almost hostile reception. She was fine after sourced the payment. Would recommend but be sure no works close by and would need guarantee against any odour.
