I enjoyed my flight back from Lihue way more than the flight with united on the way over. Staff was friendlier and services were way better! I will ensure my next flight to Lihue is strictly Alaska airlines

Had an isle seat, kept getting hit by other people passing through and carts. Small space. Glad I made it safe to my destination is all that really mattered.

I didn't like that when we booked our flight, we originally were going to leave the Island at 2PM Hawaiian time thus landing in Oakland at 9PM (A decent hour). However about a month before out trip, Alaskan, canceled our flight and pushed us onto a later flight. this meant landing in Oakland at 2AM, not getting to my home till 4AM and then being into work at 6AM. What is the point of booking a flight early, only to have it canceled a month out and then scrambling to make accommodations?
