Just wish we didnt have to pay in order to pick our seats. Traveles with my 9p ur old dad and upon check in at the gate for seats, and our incoming flight along with changing terminals got us to the gate 20 min before boarding and we got the last seats with no windows. Just wish we could pick seats when making reservations free.
The flight attendant from Hsv to DFW was wonderful! She took extra good care of my son and even offered me a blanket when the cabin got very cold.
Excellent staff, fast boarding and a very smooth takeoff!
Power plug was too loose to maintain connection or hold plug in place.
overall, the experience was good. seats really tight on flight between Atlanta and Houston. even with the seat in front of me being all the way up, my knees were touching the back of the seat in front of me, which means every time that the guy in front of me moved, it banged my knees. Also, you need more people to check you in at the Charleston airport. American Airlines had five attendants, and Delta had three. The line was backed up into a main walk way for other travelers. Three would be okay if you are a minor airline, but for Delta to have only three people---hard for me to understand that.
Attendants in Atlanta stressed, switching us from line to line. I suggest vacation or regrouping.
Our Stewardess was so great with our autistic son.
Huge lines at check in but they went pretty fast - 2 hours early is a must. The staff on the plane and check-in were extremely helpful and provided great service.
It was a smooth safe flight
Smooth flight. Awesome!
