this is the London to Chicago to Los Angeles trip. 1. the plane was 1.5 hours late in leaving. 2. Not enough time was scheduled to catch the plane from Chicago to Los Angeles, so we were re-booked on a United (I HATE UNITED) flight and had to wait another 4 hours for the flight. Our trip took 30 hours to come home.

We requested wheelchair service on arrival to London, but none was there to assist us, although it was a confirmed request. Since we feared being late for a connecting flight, we did not wait too long. That was a bit dissapointng.
