Free food and beverages, I didn’t know they were included in the ticket
I like the punctuality of the flights departure and arrival.
Great food and snack and drinks 🍷
We were late boarding and late pushing off the gate. The crew did not explain why this was in English and did not apologize for being late. I’m an airline pilot as well and when we are late, these common courtesy’s go far as well as time of arrival to ensure we will connect our next flight.
Bags were lost, but this was an SFO airport problem...
All flights should provide (at least) free water to passengers.
