I am 67 years old. I tried to check in on line but it was not going to happen for me. Technology. So, the confirmation number was not clear at all on the paper I printed out before I left home. Even the service percie at United did not see it, and they checked me in by using my name. The old fashioned way. Please make the confirmation number clearly marked bold and big print in the future.

Alaska Airline RULES!

Jan 25, 2017

Baggage. By the time we arrived at baggage claim, about 15 minutes after departing the plane, there were no bags and no one from American Airlines anywhere in sight. After waiting for 30 minutes in line at ticketing, we had to convince the agent that he had our luggage somewhere in the back. Only negative experience was related to baggage retrieval in Santa Barbara, CA.
