It was a ANA but operated by United Airlines. The only thing I would have to say is that my flight got cancelled (Montreal to Chicago) and they said they would call me or send me an e-mail to inform me about the what's next. I didn't get any call or e-mail from them so I had to call United myself to book another plane. The service over the phone was great though but next time, I would appreciate them to contact me.

Only bad thing is that it took two days for the pain to dissipate. I'm 6'3" with metal knees, and coach seating is always tight for me. Glad I'm not any taller!

JAL airlines was great. Would definetly fly again in premium economy.

It's quite surprised to find that no meal was served on a lunch time flying plane. Only a cup of drink was served.

Flight was operated by United. However, if you have a domestic transfer in Japan, you need to pick up and take your checked bags through customs and re-check them in after you have entered the country. The staff at United in the US did not know this and assured me there was no need to pick up the bags. They were wrong here, so be aware

Amazing service and the seats were very comfortable for the long 12 hour flight I had to take. would definitely go with Nippon Airlines/ United Airlines for sure.
