The only part I didn't like is that we made it to Boston early and I still missed my connecting flight due to weather conditions. In situations where you're sitting on the tarmac for over an hour, accommodations should be made for using the restroom and accessing your luggage in the overhead bin. And, perhaps free wi-fi access for that hour would have been a nice way to placate us further. Overall the staff and crew did well to keep a positive attitude for us during this delay. And the staff at the Aer Lingus counter in the terminal were quick to organize vouchers, hotel rooms, and our luggage. They did so with a pleasant attitude as well.
