Rude, loud, obnoxious housekeepers.

8AM, they parked their carts directly outside our door, and proceeded to laugh and screw around in the hallway. They were loud, smacking each other in the rear end, and swearing in Spanish! When mentioned at the front desk, the manager just threw his hands up in defeat. No apology or discount. The rooms are in disrepair. The facility itself is in serious need of repair and remodeling. Our sink was stopped up. Again, mentioned when we checked out. No apology, no accommodations offered.

Rooms looked like they had been updated. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

We booked a queen size bed for the room twice and didn't get it. The second day after booking the room again they gave a key to another couple who walked in on us. My wife was naked trying to sleep and I was shaving and cut myself. I brought this up at the front desk (claiming to be the GM). He said it was his cleaning people even after the people apologised and said they were given the wrong room. We had the do not disturb sign on the handle and check out isn't till 11am. Trash all around the building: liquor bottles, cigarette butts, coffee cups, etc. We were told about their spa room and all that good stuff. The pool is an outdoor pool and the hot tub was out of order--kind of confused why you'd tell me this. My coffee maker has mold in it and the coffee packs are OLD. Air conditioning didn't work and the cable picture on the TV is fuzzy. I tried to get my stay accommodated for the lack of cleaning and his inability to place people in the rooms they book or even place them in rooms that are not currently occupied. Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone. The morning breakfast staff are the only people working properly.

One night stand

Pros: Price and location, decent breakfast
Cons: TV
Location: Shopping close by, very good.
Good off hwy location, small but clean and tidy room, only problem- tv was in need of replacement.

Friendly Hard Working Staff

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, and both times we were not disappointed. The buffet breakfast was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and bacon. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and always smiling. We plan on returning to this hotel again this summer. For the price, it is one of the best deals we have had. Close to highways, and easy to find. I give this a big thumbs up!

Untrustworthy staff

No real complaints or compliments concerning the room. Faint odd scent, but not bad. My issue is with the staff. When I returned home, I realized I left my button down Polo shirt and Spyder jacket in the closet. I immediately called and the front desk attendant said he checked the back room, but no luck. I then asked him to check the closet in the room. He agreed, put me on hold for about two minutes, then came back and told me he found nothing. “I even checked under the bed just in case it got kicked under there”, he added. I told him that I hung both items up as soon as I got to my room after checking in, and never wore either of them for the duration of my stay, so the housekeeping staff obviously took them. It was a careless mistake on my part, but I didn’t expect to be stolen from. Hospitality at its worst. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Room was bad had to change two times we had a non smoking room but people were smoking
