Good for one night only

Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: The rooms need a big makeover including new beds.
Location: About a 15 drive to Ralph Wilson Stadium
Some staff are very friendly while others are not. The room was very outdated. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The window faces the hallway so forget opening up the drapes. The tv was of very poor quality with a grainy image. There is a continental breakfast so if you're just going for the night it's ok as long as you get it for a good price.

Useful for one night.

Pros: Staff were nice.
Cons: Building needs renos. Badly.
Location: There's literally nothing within walking distance. It is a solid ten-fifteen minute drive to stores and restaurants.
Were given a wheelchair accessible room (I think we had the last room in the place) the hallway light was clearly visible ALL night and it was only about 10 ft from the lobby so it was INCREDIBLY noisy. The thermostat didnt work whatsoever and the closet door was only half attached. Woke up to the bathroom and half the hotel room flooded in POOP WATER as the floor drains in the ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR BACKED UP!!!!!!! - all i was told at reception was "sorry the guy hasnt come to fix it yet." When i told her we needed to shower I was given a key to a room upstairs. I had to wear rain boots into the bathroom to retrieve my items from in there. If you only need a place to lay your head and you dont care if the room is hotter than Jamaica in August, then this is the hotel for you.

Ok stay for one night

Location: We enjoyed dinner at Ruby Tuesday's, which is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
The hotel was clean but the room was very tiny, especially the bathroom. It took some maneuvering just for the two of us to get dressed in the morning. It was okay for one night -- we were only staying the night while en route from Ohio to Massachusetts -- but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

Poor conditions

This was the first time I've stayed at a Best Western Hotel. It was an extremely convenient location, close to where we needed to be, and easy to find. However, the first room we were given had a toilet that was not properly secured to the floor and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The front desk clerk had no problem issuing us a new room (directly next to the first one, which made me nervous initially because of the awful smell in the first room and I figured we'd have plumbing problems in the adjacent room as well). The second room was bigger, had a larger television, and had a much larger bathroom which was nice. I noticed no problems until I went to take a shower. The drain in the bathtub did not work properly and I couldn't even finish washing my hair before I was standing calf-high in water. Needless to say, I was unable to even finish my shower. The tub also leaked. I got out of the shower to a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor which took 4 towels to clean up. The bed sheets had stains but were covered up by the pillows, and there were random hairs on the bed. By this point I figured we'd have problems in every room we were put in and just decided there was no point in asking for, yet another, room. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Not worth the money

Cons: Cleanliness, at least restock breakfast items as they are taken
Location: there is a bar next door that is somethings out of "cops"
The first room that was given to us upon check-in was occupied. The second room was stiflingly hot and had a heavy smell of marijuana. the third room was better than the first two but not a "nice" room by any means. When we got into that room the microwave was beeping and there was a cup of coffee in it from who knows when. The complimentary breakfast was not restocked and the hot items were colder than room temperature. Never again

Former motel with poor soundproofing

This hotel was formerly a motel, so all of the rooms have windows that face into the main hallways of the hotel, meaning that you're essentially forced to keep your curtains closed the whole time. Our room was very small with no side chair/table or desk, so there was nowhere to sit and read or set any extra luggage (except for on the floor or beds). There was also no soundproofing whatsoever, so we could hear every hall conversation and every opening and closing of doors in our area, which meant that we got very little sleep. With all of the choices of hotels in the area, we would definitely never stay here again.

very far from the lobby - no bath tub ( that was not clear in the booking ) Have stayed there before and loved it. This time not so much. Seemed kind of dirty . Our room door was propped open with a towel when we got there.,

It was a nice hotel, close to the shopping we were looking for. Great sports bar next door. Would stay there again.

Pros: Just a quick overnight trip. Everything we needed, easy on/off thruway
Cons: The only thing I could comment on not liking is the back door didn't close tightly

Satisfactory Stay

Cons: Rooms could be cleaned and turned over much sooner
Arrived at 2:45 and front desk clerk would not let us check in until 3:00! Clerk stated no clean rooms were available!!! Really???
