The location was great, allowed for easy access to Key Bank Arena via Uber. The carpets were dirty and shades over lights were dirty. Good towels and comfortable pillows.

Terribly long check-in. Pretty sure there are people living there long term. Room smelled like cat urine. Stained carpets. Overall just kinda sketchy.

Room was good enough for one night. My friend got furniture varnish on her pants from leaning on the desk to look in the mirror, but the front desk personnel were very apologetic and were ready to switch our room.

The sheets were not clean, the room smelled and the chair was awfully dirty. One of our keycards did not work. We got moved to a different. It was not cleaner but it did not smell. Would never book here again.

First thing when we arrive to check in the front desk told us that they would need a credit card to charge a 150.00 deposit we knew nothing about and they said it would take 10-14 day to return to your account even if you didn't have any charges. This is not except able. Not everyone has that kind of money to have in a hold for no reason.

I didnt like that our room was dirty. Everywhere was covered in stains from the carpets to the bedding. Then the next day during the winter storm there was over the weekend, the governer declared a state of emergency and a driving ban so no one was aloud to drive in or around erie county. But at 11am they kicked us out into the white out because they said they were booked full for the next day. Even tho no one is alound to drive to or drive away from the hotel. Well they kicked us out. So we had to drive to find another hotel. And got a ticket for driving during the ban. Told them officers why we were on the road and they didnt believe us. The officer said no one at a hotel is stupid enough to kick people out during a state of emergency snow storm. Well these people did and it led to a domino effect that ruined our whole trip. Do not stay here no matter what.

Stained carpets, furniture and walls.. kinda was a turn off regarding the rooms. Ive stayed here in the past and I don’t remember it ever being that unkempt before. The staff however is very friendly and accommodating. Just wish they’d clean or take care of the rooms better

This was my second time staying at this hotel…the first time was in September 2023, and my experience was average, but the air unit was very loud. This second time, my husband and I were placed on the first floor. The plumbing and air unit were very loud this time. We could here the water running through the pipes every time our neighbors turned on their faucet.
