Everything was great, from staff to facility. Very warm and professional. The only minor thing was that I wish the fan on the A/C unit would have a setting to stay on. That’s the only comment I have.

I think I slept the best I ever have in this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. They went out of their way to be welcoming and assist my husband I. Will return when we are back in Buffalo!

Cathy was more than helpful at the front desk. She providex dinner recommendations and directions. The breakfast room lady was very organized & helpful. Location to Walden Galleria Mall was good.

Great value and quality. Hotel is new. Close to highway and quick ride to downtown, malls and shoping

My only complaint: they are not providing Showtime or HBO movies even though they are listed in room and TV guide listing. :(
