Liked everything except a disappointment that the bathroom had one little hook on back of door and no towel bars. I really don’t like keeping a hand towel just laying on counter. And for two people one one can hang a wet bath towel.
The hotel is in need of remodeling and the walls allow too much noise. The first room they put me in was dirty and in need of much repair. I complained and they moved me to a different room. It was at least clean and in better shape.
A good overnight stay. Clean room and bed. Staff offered an upgrade to King when we only booked a queen. Breakfast was basic continental. Not sausage, omelets etc. I would stay again, as price was good and convient for highway access.
The staff were very accommodating. The first room we were given was dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. When we went to the front desk to inform them they immediately changed us to a new room which was clean.

Staff is very friendly however the hotel itself needs some updates. Pool is cold, shower curtain smelled sour and the tub didn’t even drain so there was a rust spot in the middle of it. Had to hold the handle of the toilet down for a few seconds to flush and the sinks water was so loud it could be heard in the next room! There was free breakfast but it was just mediocre at best! All in all I’d say 2 to 3 stars in my opinion and that’s because of the great staff!!
We ended up leaving our room after checking in -to ask the front desk to vacuum up the many crumbs on the bedroom floor in Room 107.
We returned later that evening to a vacuumed floor but decided to leave and drive home instead of staying on questionable bed sheets…I did not ask for a refund because it was New Year’s Eve.
It's affordable for short term stays like weekly conferences Easy access to I 94 and US 12. Dining available off of 52 and Main street Chelsea. Service clerks and housekeeping
available at all times; The light breakfast is good. Swimming pool and gym (exercise) are in good conditions; Rooms are updated and clean. The heating/air conditioner is newer. Overall, I am satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely return !

Bathroom in need of updating. Too strong deodorizer. Dirty laundry left in the hallway.
We did not stay at this location. We entered the room and noticed several bugs and droppings on the floor. We noticed additional bugs on the dressers and fridge space.
They claimed to not have any other rooms to transfer us to, so we left.
Hotel room was not the cleanest. Shower was dirty and did not drain. By the time you were done showering you had several inches of water in the tub. Breakfast was limited.
When we got there our check in was fine but when we got to our room it smelled like mold. So i went to the front desk and they quickly put us in another room. The second room in the bathroom it lloked like someone tried to repair around the tub but looked like they didnt know whatthey were doing. Also had cob webs on the walls and in the corners.also none of the tables looked like had been cleaned they had what looked like spill makes from before and glass rings on them. When i opened the refrigerator it had a funny like musty smell to it
Absolutely disgusting hotel. As soon as we walked into the room it smelled very musty almost to the point that it was gagging. There was dirt and crud all over the walls and it didn't look like the showers were ever cleaned. The towels even had stains all over them. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
The room would have been fine it it was priced correctly. Its essentially on par with an 80/night room not 230/night that we paid. BTW for anyone reading this, I omitted the dollar signs because I was instructed to revise my initial review to exclude specifics on price. FWIW this is more problematic than the room not meeting expectations.

I had made my reservations 3 months in advance. I called the Baymont directly in the morning of my stay to make sure my reservation was fine and inform the hotel of a late check in. I was assured I had nothing to worry about and was told they won't give my room away however I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 am and my room had been cancelled. The hotel stated Expedia over booked the rooms.
