“This was a disappointing stay. We requested and we're told that we had a non-smoking room, but it smelled terrible. There was a big hole in the carpet next to the bed and cigarette Burns. The towels were nice and the shower was great. Reserved a king room but they were only upstairs and Mobility did not allow that so we ended up downstairs with two beds. Very old Linens. This hotel needs updating desperately.”
