Overall, not a place I would take a female friend to. It's barely good enough for me to sleep in and go to the event. I think I will spend a little extra money and go to better hotels next year.

The beds were fine but the ceiling was leaking into our room, called for maintenance at 5:30pm and they never came. We were offered another room but we're too tired to change at 10pm so we wiped it up a bit ourselves. Had to call the front desk from the adjacent room because the phone also didn't work.

I'll try to be brief and to the point. The bed was clean and comfortable. The vinyl floor was very dirty. In the morning I discovered that they only sweep it, no sanitary mopping. Don't expect to have a cold drink because the ice maker doesn't work, just like the coffee or juice in the morning along with nothing else to eat. You get 2 skimpy thin wornout towels and get a skowel and cross words if you ask for anymore. Oh yeah, don't drop it on that floor because it will be filthy when you pick it up. The room was clean enough, but the service was terrible. The front desk can't help you get extra towels or supplies unless housekeeping is there which is not very long. They seem to purposefully not have enough breakfast food for their guests. The housekeeping staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast for those who get up before 7 may get a frozen breakfast sandwich, toast, or pancakes if the machine is working. Don't plan on having any housekeeping done or eating breakfast there.
