My room had a walk in shower which I had asked for. The bed was the right height. Normally they are too high. And it was a four minute drive to my Grandson's house.

An ok experience. Nothing amazing…room was clean if quite tired. I think it’s the situation of the hotel that turned me off a bit. Beside a dual carriageway. But then again this isn’t a holiday hotel despite what the name suggests…quite expensive for the quality. Cheaper hotels elsewhere in town that are probably slightly nicer.

Placed in a room that was adjoining to another as a couple. The noise was awful, we could hear the next room snoring all night, had very little sleep. Why put us in there? A family staying there at the same time had said they couldn't manage to get an adjoining room!
