Made a mistake and had to pay for it :(

I booked this hotel by mistake and I had to stay there as a result of lack of effort by Expedia customer service to help me to get a refund.
This hotel grounds do look like a 4 star hotel but the facilities are 3 stars at best. The room that I booked was stuffy, had a stained carpet throughout, no wireless coverage, old décor and basic bathroom. After complaining about the room, the hotel did upgraded me to a bigger room but the same quality. The place was more like 2 star best western and certainly not a 4 stars facility. Breakfast quality was also mediocre, more like an holiday inn experience. The most outrages experience was the laundry service. I don't understand why the hotel charges an average $10 per item which is double than an average hotel in Europe or US while the labor in China should be much much cheaper. On top, I got my laundry the next day although I ordered same day delivery.
Location is good if you interested in shopping which wasn't my case as I ended up staying very far from the office.

Refurbishment of our rooms has been completed in part and there are plans to continue this early next year. The wifi signal has been improved to provide wireless coverage in the hotel and I have noted your comments concerning the breakfast.
