Disappointment on the hotel arrangement

The overall stay at the hotel are excellence but I am not satisfactory with the explanation on the booking of including breakfast are ONE pax per rooms when I have made the hotel reservation for 2 room with 2 pax and 3 pax respectively. I don’t accept on the reason on stating that it is a part of the marketing approach. How can the hotels.com let us made the hotel booking for 2 pax and 3 pax with the misinterpretation of only 1 included Breakfast per ROOM per NIGHT.
Also, during the check-in for the 3 pax bedroom hotel booking, the staff at the counter even asks me to top up for the additional beds for the 3rd pax to the 3 pax bedroom.
I am very disappointed on the arrangement on this hotel booking at Minyoun Central Hotel.
