Convenient Location
Very closed to airport, airport pickup service is good. The driver is polite and helpful. The cleanliness and conditions of the hotel need to improve.

Fine for one day sleep
The distance from airport to hotel is not far, but be prepared to take 1 hour to get to hotel. You need to call for shuttle van. The WiFi inside room did not work on the day when we stayed. Bathroom does not have a wall to separate shower area, water splashes to all area.

When I checked in the hotel staff did not speak English and could not find my reservation even though I showed them hotels.com reservation. They wanted me to give them $100 cash as a security deposit even though room fully paid. It took over an hour just to get the room.

Close to airport with shuttle but that is about it
Good location close to the airport. Includes a free shuttle to and from the airport (we only took the shuttle one way as the front desk person hung up on us when we tried to coordinate a pickup on the phone when we landed). Also, hot shower. Other than that, it was a place to avoid. Rotted bathroom door, cigarette burns on the walls, moldy throughout the bathroom and baseboards, general level of dirty was an 8 out of 10. Sheets seemed to be clean at least and breakfast was decent vegetarian Sichuan fare. If we were looking for another hotel close to the airport, we would definitely try something else.

Dark room, only two low watt bulbs. The hotel is a seperate building, away from the actual lobby. Then there is a shower with no water pressure. My wife used the (broken basin) bathroom sink and my shower literally stopped A bit noisy due to airplanes. but it is close to airport for a reason. The shuttle driver must be a retired racer as the ride to the airport was intimidating due to his fast and erratic driving. Not going to use this hotel again.

Good value hotel next to airport
The hotel is very close to the airport, around 5-10min drive. Hotel got 24hr free airport pick up, but you have to call them when you arrive airport. The hotel room itself is very big and generally clean. Toilet is a bit old but acceptable. Overall, im very happy with the hotel given this price.

Convenient Airport Hotel with Good Value
The hotel is just 10min drive from Chengdu airport, and it has free 24 hour airport pick up. Bad side is you have to call the hotel to pick you up when you arrive, that means you must have to have a telephone card and you can speak chinese. The beds are clean and the room is big. Bathroom not very clean, and the shower place doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out easily. Wifi stable. Breakfast so so. Given this price with free airport pick up and free breakfast, I'm more than satisfied. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with close proximity to the airport.
We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. No problems catching the airport shuttle. We just asked someone in the airport to call the hotel for us to let them know we were there. Our friendly airport traveler ended up calling the driver themselves and we met up with them upstairs, at departures. There were other hotel guests taking the shuttle. Our room was actually in a separate building across a nice courtyard, behind the front of the building where the hotel lobby was. We were pleased with the room. It was clean and quiet. We were only spending the night in Chengdu and then flying out the next morning. It only took about 10 mins to reach the airport, which we were grateful for.

Unfortunate situation
Power outage:Unfortunately on first night of my arrival there was a power outage. Though we got temporary power only at 9 pm, I'm sure the hotel management was trying very hard to get the portable genset. Language barrier: Most of the staff do not speak english but they use the current technology i.e Translator application via smart phone.

pretty good hotel for the price
Hotel not far from the airport, and gratis pick up service works. It is very important when flight is late and you arrives at 2.00 am. Room was very comfortable; 10 min walk from the hotel local bazar and in the opposite direction outlet mall with world's wildest fashion houses. Perfect if you have just a few hours until the next flight in this city.

Give it a miss!
On my first stay, I had some trouble getting the shuttle to fetch me at the airport. Then the shower in my room was filthy with hair. Really unpleasant. On my second stay two weeks later (pre-booked or I wouldn't have gone back) the staff was even less helpful than the first time I went there. I asked where I might grab dinner and they just pointed to the front door and laughed at me. I understand there's a language barrier but there was also tremendous unwillingness to help out. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fair Hotel all round
The hotel is about 6-10 minutes away from the airport depending with the traffic. The problems I found with the hotel regard communication as the reception staff could hardly speak a word of English. With some patience and mutual respect, some form of logical communication was made possible. It is such a shame because the staff is very very friendly. The other drawback is the hotel's wife. I think the hotel management need to put some repeaters to ensure a signal can be picked in all the rooms. On the positive side, the rooms a very spacious and neat. If you are travelling by air, the hotel will take you to the airport for free! Amazing service, I found this to be. I found this hotel to be very good value for money and yes, I will definitely use it again!

good for taking flight
services are good,room is clean. airport pickup and drop off are quick and friendly. airplan take off and landing noise could be a problem to sleep. Free breakfest is too simple. WiFi on my room is too weak to normal use.

Quite frustrating!
I stayed for one night and chose this place for its location. It was very close to the airport and I felt it would suffice for my purpose. Unfortunately, I had trouble from the get go. The front desk personnel would not communicate with me in English. I kept trying and finally got the lady to understand what I was trying to do but she was quite stubborn in wanting to have me try to communicate with her in Chinese. The building was quite modern and high rise but what really confuses me is the fact that the running water shut down completely at night and was not operational from 2AM until I checked out at 6:00AM. The front desk did not address nor try to recognise the problem. I would hesitate recommending this property to someone who is not comfortable with speaking in Chinese. FYI, the supposed breakfast was a pre-packaged bread and a yogurt like tetra pak drink. A snack at best.

Not so good experience
Not good service. Asked for a morning wake-up call twice but did not receive the call. No welcome or smile from front desk when I checked in. Booked a king bed but got a two single beds. Had to show the king bed reservation to make the change. Free breakfast was a yogurt drink and a small muffin. Room was spacious for my reservation but shower floor was dirty. A good thing I could recognize was a free ride to the airport.

Surprisingly good hotel
The hotel was a treat. I was expecting it like other low budget hotels in Shantu however it was a lot better than I expected. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to make sure everything is OK. I got ill and the hotel did their best to take care of me i.e. the owner/manage himself took me to Hospital and made sure I got the best treatment. I can never thank them enough and would recommend them to anybody who are in Chengdu. The hotel is not far from the Airport.

成都空港に近めのホテル
成都空港の朝発便に乗るため利用しました。 空港からホテルまで歩いて行くのは不可能で地下鉄＋バスかタクシーになります。しかし空港からタクシーで行ったら10分くらいなのに40元とられました。運転手曰く何か規則があるようです。 ホテルはロビーと部屋が中庭を挟んで別の建物になっています。以前マンションだった建物をホテルにしているのかもしれません。空港の近くなので飛行機の音がしますが、部屋は広くて綺麗です。 朝空港までの送迎を予約すると、30分前に電話で起こしてくれます。夜中に出発する人もいる関係か夜に度々廊下が騒がしくなり起きてしまいました。 朝は結局ホテルのバスが満員になったので、ホテル側がタクシーを呼んでくれて乗合で空港へ行きました。そのやりとりが中国語が聞き取れないと訳が分からず不安になるかもしれません。フロントの人は態度が冷たく怖かったです。

双流机场からタクシーで15分程度、割増込みで約40元。 予約が確認できないとのことで多少時間がかかったが、無事チェックイン。デポジット300元は現金のみ。支払い時の控えはチェックアウト時提示必須。 部屋の設備は必要十分。シャワーにはカーテンがないのでトイレまでびしょ濡れになるので注意。 チェックアウト後は空港までの無料送迎あり。チェックイン時または出発2時間前までに予約が必要。30分間隔で運行している。

Old, broken, stinky, not enough lighting
This is an old hotel. I chose it because I needed to transfer in Chengdu airport early in the morning from Emeishan. The bathroom does not have a shower door. The pillow is stinky. The room is very table. When I asked for a table lamp, they couldn’t offer me one. I was too dim to read anything. Very bad experience. Never go back!

Geen telefoonnummer op de site om het hotel te bereiken omdat we geen shuttle naar het hotel konden vinden bij aankomst op airport. Personeel doet hun best maar spreekt erg gebrekkig of geen Engels. De kamer was ijskoud, verwarming konden we niet vinden.

您好，非常感谢您的光临，我们酒店提供两种方式的早餐，一类是为需在早上7点前要离店坐早班机的客人准备的牛奶面包，这类早餐相对要简单些，另一种是中式自助早餐，在早上7：30-9：30开放，这类早餐要丰富些，可能您这次入住早上很早要离店，那时早餐厅还未开放，因此给您准备的是牛奶面包，为此我深表歉意，期待您的再次光临，谢谢！

服務差 隔音差 房間還算乾淨 機場接送很方便
櫃台服務差 雖然機場接送很方便 但接送人員不專業完全不協助拿行李 房間清潔度還可以 但隔音很差 電梯上下及附近房客開關門的聲音都非常清楚

An option for Chengdu airport transfers
I booked this hotel for a one night lay over in Chengdu, and picket it based on proximity to the airport and the price, as it was the cheapest among the hotels near the airport. The hotel itself was fine and the room comfortable. Breakfast was very simple. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport by car. The taxies at the airport would not use metres (I spoke to several, in Chinese), and demanded 80 yuan for this short trip (I think 20 would have been more appropriate). They didn't want such a short trip, having stood in line at the airport waiting for travelers. Because of this, I'll book a hotel in the airport next time, even if they are more expensive, and avoid having to take a taxi. The next morning a hotel driver took me to the airport for free, which was very nice.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Les draps sont bien blancs donc bien nettoyés mais pas exempts de quelques cheveux et poils. Le petit déjeuner que j'ai eu était une brioche et un brique de lait à la fraise. Service gratuit de navette pour l'aéroport à 5-10 min de l'hôtel.

那晩因飛機延誤，零晨3時多才到，酒店好好，有車到機場接我們 值得一讚。
雖然零晨3時多才到，5時又要趕另一班飛機，但是有車接送，我給⭐⭐⭐⭐。
