Hotel was great and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communicating in English was ok at best. Location is good. Many places are a 15-20 min walk and metro is less than 10 minutes. Although there aren’t many great dining options immediately nearby, the Japanese restaurant inside is ok.

I was upgraded to a luxury room with a view of the famous Jin river. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. Taking a bath or shower in the enormous bathroom was a treat. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast they served—wide range of choices. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I got to stay at this fantastic hotel at a very reasonable rate. I will certainly stay at Sofitel Chengdu again.

The hotel is clean and good location. During the stay, having a promotion of dinner buffet which only cost rmb300 for 2 a 2 c. The Food is good. My daughter likes it.

Great Stay
The room was spacious and well decorated. I was also welcome with some fruits and cakes. The buffet breakfast was decent. The only thing was that there was no jacuzzi and the swimming pool was under renovation. I brought my swimsuit for nothing.

The service was top notch. The suite was spacious and the club room was comfortable. Breakfast downstairs on the first level was excellent and has many vegan options.

Location is great! Service is wonderful! Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious and comfortable and well designed! View from our hotel room was wonderful! Gym was pretty outdated and not well maintained. Breakfast was okay but has the room to improve compared to the same level hotel. Our overall experience was good.

Service was excellent! Staff was very helpful and when we arrived gave us drink vouchers for the lounge because our room wasn't going to be ready for another 10 minutes.

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk to the metro station. Beautiful river view at night. The breakfast was good, the staffs was good and very helpful, I have an excellent stay.

Great location but I reserved a room with a river view and was asked at check in if I would like to upgrade to a river view with 2 breakfasts for another 230 RMB. I was so tired from flying and traveling that I simply stated no and took the room they gave me....it was a decent room but did not have a nice view of the river.

We like the location, close to the Metro station Jinjiang. The hotel is beautiful but it needs some updates. The Wi Fi was very slow. The buffet breakfast was OK, but the dinner buffet needs variety. The hotel staff English language was very limited.

They didn't have a non-smoking room, but the Guest Manager (Mr. Kim) upgraded us to a non-smoking room. He also helped us to enrolled into their Club and got us some discount for dinner. His eagerness to help and his friendliness was a real plus to make us feel at home. We are extremely grateful.
