very very bad

i stayed 3 nights in the hotel for business as i have to leave early in the morning for 3 days in a row for work and to the airport. By 4am there was no hot water had to shower in cold water which was not comfortable to do so. The first night when checked in asked for wifi password said it will be given shortly went to room called 3 times every 30 minutes until past midnight but the same reply will be given shortly and i went to sleep. Room i stayed had a door connected to the next room but the staff didnt have the keys to lock the door so i had to keep my case as a trip to warn me if some one open my side from the other door didnt feel safe. informed to the staff who said the manager has the key and will be locked the next day. but it was not locked next day when i returned from work (i left my personal belongings in the room for which anyone can have access to so no safety) when i returned and complained to the duty manager he said the keys cant be found but he will not let the next room to any guests and said the room is marked as maintenance on the computer so no one other than him can give to a guest, i trusted him and the went work next day when i returned that night found the next room was hired to someone and when i enquired was not given any response. so overall very bad service, aircon not working most of my stay, no hot water all the time and no wifi and on top of everything no security.

BAT in the Lobby

Hotel is just ok not really worth 4 Star for sure Front office is okay but Lots of insects could be seen And when I reached late could see BAT in lobby area Which was quite scary and Food quality really was not York mark Ordered Grill sandwich which was not only tasteless but some how not worth eating only And in breakfast No Toaster so you eat bread without Baking it and fruits served were not Fresh too But yes FO was efficient And when asked if I could check out till late Lady Adjusted for 2 Hours .

Disappointed of checkin

Pros: not much to mention but the staff in the dining area was all nice.
Cons: The checkin to start with. The manager said he didn't have room reservation received from expedia and that he doesn't have any room available.

Amazing stay!

I was a little nervous about the stay prior to the visit but i was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the hotel was. The hotel staff is awesome, great hospitality and hard working team. They were able to meet our needs and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the way from downtown T Nagar, but the drive was certainly worth it, plus it was nice to be away from the hectic city. The breakfast buffet was good, better than I expected on account of the previous reviews. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I am back in Chennai.

total confusion,.. the way they handle customer...rooms are untidy and they offered a room with cockroach, after complaing gave us a room. before some one book pls think twice
