Clean, Good South Indian food, close to shopping.

Pros: Clean, Good South Indian food, employees very good, close to shopping.
Cons: Found Mosquitoes in the breakfast buffet,area. Employees coughing on food in buffet area without covering mouth.
Location: shopping nearby, Temples nearby and lot of Restaurants.

Rude and Bad service by the Restaurant staff.

We have stayed in GRT many times and we have experienced good service but the last time we stayed there we experienced poor service especially in Anytime restaurant where we usually have our breakfast, staff were rude, i asked for coffee, the guy while serving poured milk on the table which spilled on me he did not even apologise or clean the table, i complained to restaurant manger, they still did not do anything atleast he should have cleaned the table but just ignored us, and everyone completely avoided our table coz we complained . So many guys standing there n doing nothing im pretty sure non of them are educated or trained to work there. When we had a late night dinner in the same restaurant the floor and tables were dirty and they didn't even clean it while serving us, thats pretty bad for a 4 star hotel. Some renovation work was going on in our level, bit noisy and dusty. Bathroom door handle was broken and the water pressure in the shower was very slow these are all minor issues which we can adjust, but the rooms are clean and room service is good. But the way we were treated in Anytime restaurant makes us not wanna go there again. On check out i gave a feedback to the reception staff who are usually good he apologized and said they will inform the manager, But i haven't heard anything. I only hope they improve the service, because having stayed there many times we expect good service which we pay for.

We had a good stay. The hotel was under renovation. The beds need firmer mattress. The food was okay but could be better. Service was good. The location was great as its centrality made everything close.
