Priperty was clean and at the level of a Hilton experience. Staff was mostly good. They cater to a lot of foreign travellers and that was evident when service had to be competed for. Example. Breakfast order taking, floor assignment for rooms, etc. Very executive friendly and did not appear family friendly. Was the only one with a kid in the 2 days I stayed there with my 5 year old. Definitely a place tonstay when I come by myself and will not stay with my family there. Overall positive.

The property can certianly improve the quality of WiFi .. even in the room the WiFi was very poor. Also .. the towels provided were torn .. I don't expect this at a Hilton property. The staff was exceptionally good and professional. Look forward to staying at Hilton again.

My expectation about service was higher. The room service was very slow. Had to ask couple of times to send someone to take the bags to check out. Booked hotel car a day before, but when it is time, no car available! My collogue who was visiting India, was double charged for a booking that she already paid through Expedia. The front desk person did not understand the issue. I had to finally intervene and revert the charges. Will surely rethink before booking.

Amazing stay, true spirit of hospitality. Food was great, and service was unmatchable. Great hotel, in total. A special mention on the duty manager Vivek who helped me a lot in making my stay more comfortable by compensating a dinner (that I never used) to my next day's lunch and so on. Room was so comfortable. Overall, 10/10.

Christmas without Christmas feeling
It was good but not like last year. It was missing the Christmas decoration in the restaurants and half part also in the lobby. The menus were restricted...only few western items. The staff is very friendly and helpful same the last year.
