Fantastic hotel but check your bill carefully
It could have been an excellent stay if not for the fact that they still owe me an amount which should have been returned to my credit card. I over paid for my stay, leaving a balance that they promised to reimburse to the same card I used to make the payment. Everything else was great, including their food and bedroom. Their staff very friendly. I would have given them a 5 out of 5 if they had returned the money they over charged.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Club House . Staff were very polite. At the restaurant we were served by a staff called Puii and she is phenomenal.

On the whole my experience was as expected. However Friday nights and Saturday nights are horrible for guests staying towards the outgate side of the hotel. The discount music cannot only be heard but also felt in the room until wee hours of morning. That's very disturbing and irritating. Have stayed in Many hotels aroundbthe globe who hosts for a night club but never experienced such nice in guests rooms.

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Grande piscine sur le toit très agréable pour se délasser après une journée de visite. Transport aisé via rickshaw devant l’hôtel, taxi, uber, ou métro pas très loin.

Taj club house Chennai is five star hotel, as their quality of facilities, cleanliness, total aesthetic sense, especially their hospitality. When a seriously critical issue happened cause of my fault, the front staff, security staff and their driver all had co-operated and finally resolved the problem. That was an amazing teamwork and excellent hospitality. I strongly recommend Taj club house when you stay in Chennai.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location. Breakfast was lovely however service could be improved - often waited to have order taken. Would definitely recommend.

I am from the US (just mentioning for my US friends not fir anything else) stayed 6 nights, had tried different hotels. I stayed in Deluxe King bed. Pros: This place gives the comfort of of a 5 star but price of a 3 star. Very clean hotel, no muggy or moldy smell. Room clean was done by Mr. Krishna, very smily and helpful and attended to my fixing my faucet drain immediately. Mopped the floors. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious enough. Best part i liked the shower, lot of water and heated water. no issues. Breakfast is.great. mostly same breakfast everyday, common choices. Cons: Nothing much still need to.mention some. Bathroom lights are on top of your head and inside the ceiling and so cannot see face clearly. Dinner buffet is too expensive 2500 tax. not many varieties, not worth. Rest no.complaints. Good hotel. will stay here in future.

The property requires upgrading. We stayed for long time and multiple times . They could have easily ungraded to the next level given they had rooms . But the didn’t do it. It shows they not customer friendly/loyal.

We got stuck at Taj Club House during our recent stay and the total stay was very bad. There were power outages, lack of water in the room, the price that Taj Club House charges (for a 5 Star) hotel and the services provided, and facilities were at a minimal dismal and mediocre. Very very dissapointed. for this price, I would have got a ton more.

The hotel had all the amenities that you expect from a Taj hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The prices for food are a bit expensive but that is expected given it’s a premium hotel. The food was good and the amenities were nice as well. Overall a good stay and would recommend it.
