My Experience at Taj Vivanta, Fisherman's Cove

Regret staying there.
No value for the amount of money spent. Very old property with minimal investments for upgrading the rooms.
A/C was not working well.
TV quality of picture was pathetic.
When we asked the receptionist about the Sea Facing restaurant, she told that it gets filled fast & that we should make a reservation. When we got connected to the sea food restaurant from the room, they told that they were completely booked for Friday & Saturday night. Hence, we were forced to take the Friday slot. When I reached the restaurant, I asked them if they also had slots for me on Saturday or Friday & to my shock, they had 2 reservations for Friday & 1 for Saturday. Hence, we were mis-led.
Though my package included breakfast, they charged me for breakfast for 2 days & one day they did not. When I found out, they reversed. The funny part is, on one day only one of us had breakfast but they charged for 2, with independent postings. I do not know how many other bills were faked.
Though they are by the sea side, their sea food was not fresh. It had smell.
The Pork chops were not cooked well.
The room bar was not adequately stocked. Had only 2 miniature red labels & 2 pints of Kingfisher beer.
Services around the pool were pathetic & were not given the final bills at the time of closing the order.
They did not allow me to have extended stay till 2:30PM, inspite of asking from the time I checked in.
Overall, I have never faced such disappointments in any hotel
