Central location in town centrePosted Aug 26, 2017
Pros: The location was perfect.
This is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. As it was a hot day in Cherbourg, we really appreciated the air conditioning.

Nice hotel but overlooked noisy kebap shopPosted Aug 23, 2017
Nice hotel, very clean rooms, very friendly all female staff, walking distance from the central. The only downside was that our room was overlooking a kebab shop which was open all night. Lots of people stand and eat outside of it which made it very noisy and kept waking us up at 4-5am.

Too noisyPosted Aug 20, 2017
Pros: Very clean and welcoming. Staff were pleasant. Good value for money if you can sleep.
Cons: Move the hotel!
Location: Dance clubs and kebab shops on the door step. Close to the port and town.
This hotel is ok and near the town. However its situation makes it impossible to have a good night sleep. Revellers kept us awake all night. Defeats the purpose of a hotel.

Nice clean but basic hotel. Lovely staff.Posted May 26, 2017
Nice, clean but basic hotel room. Really lovely staff. Stayed in the same hotel 13 years ago, and still lovely staff nothing is too much trouble. Will stay in hotel again. The street its situated in is not that nice .

Stayed over 1 night after ferry from Portsmouth. Great choice! Great value, good location easy short safe walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean, great service and no language problems. Had breakfast in town square complete with saturday market!

Close enough to walk to most locsl attractions, Hotel de Louvre was a real find. EXTREMELY helpful staff, very accommodating.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staffPosted Jul 31, 2016 on Hotels
This hotel is very convenient for the ferry terminal and Cite de la Mer. Good value and nice breakfast. The bedroom was quite warm in July (no air con) but the smaller hotels don't tend to have aircon in France.

Beautiful and tranquil oasis.Posted Oct 17, 2015
Cons: What's not to like!!
Location: Location a bit rundown but obviously this is out of the hotel's control. Parc Emmanuel Liais and its Natural History Museum very interesting and well
Bedroom spacious and clean, bathroom beautifully appointed, bright and clean. Welcome and departure friendly. Breakfast plentiful and excellent variety. Approach road a bit rundown and area at front under re-development, but the hotel was superb.
