Worth the price. Short drive to Biltmore. The breakfast offerings were among the best I've ever had at a hotel! The staff were very polite, and saved me when I left my car keys in the lobby. Only complaints are noise from the connecting room, and that it's a pain to get out of the parking lot onto US 25.

I had a great stay in Baymont, it’s very clean and close to everyplace we go. I love their breakfast and the staffs are nice and helpful. I will definitely come back when we visit Ashville again. Highly recommended!

Staff weren’t particularly friendly. Lobby small. Room too small for two queen beds. No room for two open suitcases. Water pressure low in shower. Rooms were clean and modern!

This hotel was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some updates. The furniture in the lobby was worn, the coffee station in lobby was an old table. The rooms were neat and the bathrooms were well appointed, but the carpeting was old and worn. We had a comfortable stay and did like the easy parking and location.

Extremly noisy, sirens all night, rooms say they are smoke free, but the guest in the room next to us smoked all night and our belonging all smelt like smoke. Kids ran up and down hall all night making tons of noise. When we wanted to check out and go home early because our room and belongs smelled, they refused to refund us the night.

Rooms were clean, beds comfy. I was concerned being by the elevator but never heard it. Hot breakfast was good. Price was fair. My only concern is very tight parking spaces. I cant speak for any other Baymont but this one was excellent.

We found a clothes tag and another paper in our room on check in but other than that everything was clean, smelled good and the breakfast was good every morning as well. My family enjoyed the inside pool and jacuzzi and would recommend to family and friends. We will more than likely stay here again

One of the few hotels in Asheville with a hot tub which is really weird. Front desk staff was very nice. I got a good deal on the rate too--who doesn't like that?

In fact we had a soft refurbishment program scheduled, but then COVID prevented us from proceeding. After COVID the supply chain issue delayed the program even further. We started the program in the winter of 2023. We hope you will give us the opportunity to service you better in the future.
