Usually every time we go that way to stay we have chosen this place but after this last experience we don't think we will be back again! The side walk had NO salt laid out so my husband landed hard on his back which is now causing him a lot of pain (while the front desk clerk watched and didn't come out to make sure he was okay but just noted it in her notes!!!) the next morning no manager or front desk clerk asked how he was doing the next morning!!! When I brought up the side walks and my husband falling he was very rude about it saying it was in the notes!!!! We weren't expecting anything special like a free room or a huge discount for our next stay but at least a "is he doing okay this morning or how is his pain!!!" That would have been more appreciative then being very rude about the facility not being in shape and having a guest fall!!!!! All due to all the staffs being rude about this situation when we didn't even want anything in return has made us decide to not go back there and not to recommend this place to anyone!!!! Very very disappointed with this staff!!!!! It ruins it for the staff we usually got who were much more caring towards the guest!!!!

Breakfast was very adequate- we were not there a lot to use the other amenities such as the pool, etc

Chilly pool, no hot tub, nice room

Amazingly nice staff all the way around. I was hoping since they had a pool they would have a hot top but they had taken that out as my husband had turned his ankle and could have really used it and the pool was to cold to actually get in. With that being said the room was clean and comfortable. We will book there again.

Kristi, we are so sorry there is not a hot tub available. I am so sorry to hear about your husbands ankle. In that event we could have offered a warm/cold compress to make him more comfortable. The pool heater has been taken care of and we hope to see you again in the future.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool however once checked in we noticed a sign saying pool closed for repairs. I asked the front desk why and was told the pump wasn’t working so there’s no chlorine. The carpet on the stairs to the second floor was dirty, as well as in our room. For example, on the floor in between our beds was a clipped toe nail. The ceiling also had what appear to be water stains(rusty in color) and the bathroom toilet is not secure to the floor and the bathroom vent is bent thus showing holes into the ceiling. Needless to say our stay was a disappointment and we wouldn’t recommend others to stay here.

We did make phone calls to get immediate repair, however, we are at the discretion of the pool companies time schedule. If the pool was your first choice for booking our hotel, we would have worked with you to relocate. Regarding the condition of your room upon arrival. Anytime you have an issue with your room, please contact the front desk immediately so we can have a chance to resolve the issue and find you a room that is appropriate. Again we are truly sorry for any inconvenience during your stay.

Worst experience ever

Front desk auditor gave out our name to other guests and accused our son of phishing and stealing confirmations. Slander and violation of hotel privacy policy. Did not acknowledge this was a problem. Minor problems- had to ask for towels upon arrival and soap and shampoo not replenished for second day.
