Comfortable hotel in Maggie Valley.Posted Sep 26, 2015
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was fine except the hostess prepared the waffle batter too thin. It was still too thin even after she remade it. The waffles were coming out more like hollow crackers. After two tries, my daughter settled for a muffin. Even though the interior was clean and comfortable, the exterior needed to be tidied. Cigarette butts and trash were throughout the grounds. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel. It needed to be tidied along with some landscaping since an old car wash and building were right across the gravel road from us.

This hotel is located very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Newly renovated and very very nice. I highly recommend it for business or leisure travel.

One night in Maggie ValleyPosted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: it was inexpensive
First night of our three night four day vacation. The exit door would not open and my husband had to push it until it finally opened. The front desk clerk was very nice upon arriving.

Pretty good Comfort InnPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Convenient to dining.
Somewhere their website said "Creek side" and this was important to me. It is NOT creek side. Two-story hotel with elevator. Good hot breakfast. The layout of the hotel was a little odd but was not really a problem.

comfortablePosted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: IT WAS COMFORTABLE!!
Cons: just my opinionthe beds could be a little lower to accommodate older folks who have problems getting on a bed that's nearly three feet high.
Location: it's according to where you're at.
I and my wife are over seventy and we found the beds a little on the high side, that being said,we found the amenities very comfortable: not like home ,but close. in closing we enjoyed our stay.thanks
