The resort hotel and casino are of Las Vegas quality located in the unlikely location of Cherokee, North Carolina. It is a top notch well run facility with many terrific dining options.

Kevin at checkin was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the signage was not clear. It was confusing to try to find different areas: parking garage, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful facility but poorly thought out. Parking ramp is forever from check in and rooms. It has been added on to several times so the towers and garages and casino are expansive-bring walking shoes! Our room4326 in the Cherokee tower was too noisy for me to sleep. It sound like race cars or a vacuum. We also had a 4:30 am fire alarm

The guest check in was a great experience. The gentleman that checked us in was nice, friendly and professional. This was my first time staying at the casino and he was very patient and told us all about the amenities the casino had.

Property was beautiful with the stream running through the middle but have to say the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. For a newly renovated room you would think they might replace the mattresses and pillows.

Very confusing to get around. Found many other guests confused and lost to. Need more signs to know how to get around. Old machines. Won some lost some. People working there were friendly. The good restaurants are only open Thursday thru Sunday.

We have stayed at Cherokee before but this was our first in this tower. Rooms are updated renovated and very worth the price.

Room not clean. Smoking room when requested non smoking then told all they had left is smoking. Cant move us.

This was our first trip to this property. The room was clean and comfortable. The casino had plenty of slots to choose from. Dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse was excellent!

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the property. The rooms were very nice. Bathroom has that wow factor. Enjoyed the short walk to the casino. We really enjoyed our stay. Keep up the great work.

There is so much to like about Harrah’s. The property is so serene with the chairs and fire pits along the creek. Then you move inside to the casino for an extraordinary variety of slots and great drinks or go bowling and finish the night at the Comedy Club. I love this place. However, I will never order room service again. The food was good and delivery was timely but $63.00 for a burger with fries and a Caesar’s salad (no drinks) was beyond outrageous!

Clean, friendly, Parking was too far from hotel and casinos . Poor layout design of facilities. Me and my wife felt like we ran a marathon. Casino definitely has the upper hand on odds. No comps for guests that spend money. Food prices were outrageous. When we got home all we could day was our feet hurt.

Room was dirty I have pictures ! Hair everywhere, debris in the sink , hair in one of the two beds , there was a tip from previous clean still in the envelope !! No worries it was left for the next cleaner . Of course I work hospitality so I didn’t want to stir the pot and dealt with it but I would have left if there was another property with an indoor pool . Secondly the front end lady was dismissive and rude with the several questions I had this place is huge and it was the first time staying on property . not that it matters this place generates well just having the casino , but I won’t be back .

Rooms were updated and clean. Restaurants in hotel were quality. Staff very friendly. No housekeeping for rooms unless you paid additional fee. Room extras like coffee were not initially available. Had to make special trip to get items for room. Charged resort fee daily that was not posted with room rate.

The room was awesome but you had to walk down two long hallways with room for smokers. It reeked of smoke. We stayed one night and got little sleep. The room next to us was banging on the wall and playing with some kind of whistle. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Talk to the front desk at check out and they said I should have requested a new room at 2 a.m. seriously!
