It was very clean, staff was super professional. My husband and I slept well. We plan on returning when we visit North Carolina again.

I reserved and pre-paid for a standard King room. Received dble queen room instead. Asked front desk why, was told "the discount rate code he was looking at indicated it was for any available room". He said the double queen room was the only room available". I noticed "at checkin 8:45pm that the parking lot was half full/empty". Hotel was calling itself completely full. The bed was "hard as a rock". Up many times during the night. This is unfortunately the 4th time we have stayed at this specific HIExpress location. Each time there has been something not right. Last 3 times it was the hotel "double" charging my card after I had pre-paid for the rooms and I had to spend MY time and effort to contact the hotel "several" times to get them to remove the 2nd time charge. They blame it on a mistake in "accounting" each time. Wow. So I think I have been more than fair with this hotel / location. But won't make that error any more. Others, please, check your bills and your credit card accounts after staying there. You may see more than you should for charges. And by the way, the double charges, were Not the Hold charge placed on the credit cards when you check in. Every Hotel / Credit card company places a "Hold Charge" on your card whenever it is used. Those hold charges typically will be removed from you card in about a week or two. Once the card company and the hotel have fully processed the "actual" payment.

Great location--easy to find! Elizabeth and Chris (especially)and ALL the staff we encountered were AWESOME! Very accomodating (late check out) and super clean!! Bed was SO comfy!!

Nice hotel while doing college search

Clean and Fresh newer motel with same price as older ones. Only issue was wi-fi server over loaded with 70% occupancy. Need to upgrade wi-fi power.
