Was told if we wanted a good room… next time do not book through Expedia. The balcony room was lower than the pool.. could only see a bush. The refrigerator had a half empty, open water bottle, and some noodles.
Very clean the breakfast was by far one of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel before. The only dislike was I paid extra for a balcony so we could see the river but the only thing we seen was the parking lot which was kinda disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker would visit this hotel again for sure.
We stayed for one night. We were in town for a night for a show. The Quality Inn staff at Cherokee were very friendly. Check in was painless. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again
Absolutely love it, the rooms are so clean, front staff are so nice and helpful, I didn’t try the breakfast but that is irrelevant to me, we like to sleep late, this is my go to hotel from now on everytime we go to Cherokee Casino
The room was not as advertised. We were supposed to get a room overlooking river. There was not even a view of trees our view was a stucco wall. Staff told us they were booked & because the room was reserved by a third party (Expedia) this is all they had. The motel was not full
Clean beds are always a must for me and the Quality Inn provided. The shower was clean enough that I didn’t quite feel like I needed shoes. My only complaint would be that the lower floor is very noisy in the mornings and our toilet paper was a used roll and not a new one.
I wished Expedia would of better description of the room I was booking. the site gave me a pitcher of a room with view of a creek. But when I checked in, we didn't get a room with a view of the creek, but the room we got is nice and clean. So, no complaints with the hotel
Property was a decent place to stay for the money. Breakfast was nothing special.

Our check-in was very bad. We arrived about 3hours after the checkin time but the room wasn’t ready. We were told to wait for 5 minutes but it turned to 20 minutes and then more than an hour, and then we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. Finally after about another 10-15 minutes wait, we got our room.
