This was listed as having breakfast included. There were about 12 granola bars in a basket and some old terrible tasting coffee with terrible creamer. The breakfast included needs to be removed.

this super 8 is way better thanother super 8 hotels. It is as good as Hampton Inn. Exceed expectations. room is large and has extra space to place lover seats and coffee table. quiet, safe and clean. but the microwave tv, faucet and air dryers are too old.

My husband and I stayed one night here and I was a boy skeptical being that we usually choose more upscale hotels..Being that the reviews were pretty good we decided to give it a try.. I must say we both were very impressed.. Cleanliness is at the top of our list along with safety and friendliness ,and I must say we got all 3.Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and made my husband and I feel very welcome.. We most definitely plan to stay here again our next trip back to Cherokee!!

We were in Cherokee for a concert at Harrah's Casino. This hotel was not close by but it was clean and had a great staff.

Staff was outstanding, and rose to effectively deal with a serious water leak in the attic and other challenges. The facility is quite "long in the tooth." Our room needed a face plate on a loose wall outlet along with a bathroom faucet that was almost inoperable (old and dirty). The fixture holding the TP was rusty. All in all, not a bargain except for the stellar efforts of the staff.

Hotel is quiet, clean and priced right. All the staff are friendly except the red head, she is never nice, has an attitude. Beds are comfy. Heat/air works great. Few improvements: need more supplies in the rooms if cleaning is only done every 3 days on request. Extra garbage bags, soap, tissues etc., especially if someone is booked for a week. Balcony doors needs washing. Oh also maybe danishes for breakfast or something besides muffins? I recommend this hotel.

The room we was assigned- the beds was messed up in it. The second room we was assigned it was the same way. So the worker went and checked the third room at the beds was made up finally. When I went to take a shower late that night the shower curtains was dirty. I have pictures for each incident

Nice enough
Good location. Nice hotel from the outside but rooms need some attention. Staff nice. No room service, had to set towels outside door and go to front desk for clean ones. No one entered room during our 3 night stay. No coffee refills, etc. Probably would not stay there again.
