The hotel was not worth the money. It seems like a cheap motel converted to a Days Inn, but it didnt fully upgrade to Days Inn quality. There were attempts to keep the room clean at least, but there was not much to work with. The staff was pleasant, the area has lots of shopping and food. The place was cleanish.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I wouldn’t even call this a “hotel” but I won’t write what I would call it. Disgusting rooms I found bugs multiple times, I had a mouse running through my room, and we had people screaming “help me” and “get off me” all night from other rooms. When I called to complain the guy at the front desk didn’t care at all. Room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the appliances are no newer than 2001. Worst place I’ve stayed hands down.

I had reserved this hotel months ago and when I arrived the lady told me they cancelled my reservation because it was a busy weekend and my credit card did not go through. I was going to pay when I checked in. I arrived at 2:45 and technically check in is not til 3pm. That was not fair to me and my children. I will be reporting this location and the issue I had.. horrible experience

The bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke. There was a hair in the shower. The door looked like it had recently been kicked in and poorly repaired. It was loud. Possible blood stains on the bathtub.

Wifi was not very good in the room. Toilet was wobbly. Shower was...ok. A bunch of school kids were there my first night and were so loud outside my room until 4am (can't blame the hotel for that but still annoying)

Extremely out dated. Can NOT stream anything on the tv as it is not a smart tv and you can’t hook anything up to the tv because they have it locked so you literally only have the digital channels to choice from. Room was freezing when we got there. Turned both heaters on and waited. After an hour we realized the one heater was working at all. They also have a fan setting on there which is great if you need the background noise which we usually always have except these kept turning off no matter what setting you chose. No place to sit down and eat besides the beds. Sheets and blankets were stained. I called 2 weeks prior to arrival to have a crib/pack n play in the room when we arrived. They forgot and I had to go to the front desk and request it again. We booked for 2 night but after a sleepless night due to being so cold and the one heater kicking on and off all night we check out early. The only plus was that they did refund us for the next night. Very inconvenient through that we had to scramble around trying to find a new place to stay just so we could have a warm place for our family. Best advice don’t waste your time just book an AIRBNB!

After traveling a long way and driving into the parking lot our first impression is this can’t be the same place I saw on the site and read reviews about. The place looked run down. We went to check in and all you can smell is weed outside and also inside where we had to check in. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and help us. There was no one to be seen, there was no call button. We had to call the front desk to get someone to come out to help us. The guy was friendly enough but was more concerned about picking the right tunes before assisting us. We finally get to our rooms (we rented 2). After having to walk through people just hanging out in the parking lot listening to loud music and smoking weed. The whole place gave off long term low income living vibes. The rooms were again nothing like the pictures. It was filthy. The walls were dirty, the dressers and sink counter was falling apart. There was long black hairs on the one bed and in the other room there was what looked like red nail polish all over the nightstand. The doors were dented and flimsy and shocker both rooms smelled of weed. I keep saying this as it’s a smoke free facility. We felt unsafe and itchy just being at this establishment. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel it was that bad.

Our check in was fine, the worker was very helpful in getting us all three rooms that were together for our party. However, that was the only good thing I can say. One room had wires hanging out from the heater. Another had a broken microwave. However, the worst was the room that had mice running through it. As soon as it got dark, there was at least one running around the floor. Didn’t seem bothered by the kids screaming, or the banging to try and scare it away. It made for a very uncomfortable night. When I mentioned it the next morn as we were checking out, all I got was an I’m sorry. Incredibly disappointing and very disgusting. It clearly was not the first time either, as we had mouse traps in a the room.

Entering the building was spotless and very clean and the receptionist was respectable and answer all my question and the breakfast area was pleasing to my like and the food was delicious. I just love the whole atmosphere. Even though the clean up lady is spanish some how she understood what I was saying and where I wanted to go and I was impress. There wasn't anything I dislike about the place. When I come back into town again I will be coming back to the same place. I thank you kindly for your service. Good day!!!

Decent place. I hate the small pillows and they don’t have any standard size to switch with. Front desk gals were super friendly. The older man was not. Breakfast was so-so. My biggest reason I will not stay here again is because you can hear everything your next door neighbors say and do, and being a motel, you get noise from the parking lot and the loud clanking of cleaning carts as they roll by. We stayed in an accessible room and it was equipped and designed well, but the underside of the fold down seat in shower was very moldy.

Disgusting rooms.
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in south jersey. Upon getting the room I realized how gross it was upon walking in. The floors had food and gunk stuck to it. The chair in the corner was covered in hair, dust and stains. The bathroom has multiple Types of hair on the wall and inside the tub area. . After seeing how gross this room was I reached out to hotels.com and was told I was able to leave and was approved by the hotel to cancel my room for the next two night. Fast forward a few days hotel and hotels .com is refusing to reimburse payment. I had to book a different hotel to accommodate me and my children.
