Hadn't stayed at an Extended Stay America before

Pros: The accommodations were clean, not sure about the ice trays and the hotel was close to my son-in-laws family.
Cons: Add ice machines and get rid of the ice trays. Lower the shower curtain, it was mounted too high and water got all over the floor during my shower.
Location: NA
No ice machines, just ice trays in the room fridge (how often are the ice trays cleaned). One sheet, no blanket unless I asked at the front desk. The provided breakfast included granola bars and packaged muffins, I could get that @ 7Eleven. Fortunately the room was clean.

I love the breakfast and the great comfortable roo

We have stayed in many hotels/motels in the past 3 months from Puerto Rico to New Jersey. Every time we come to jersey we always try to stay here, sometimes it a little pricey or there's no rooms but it's always a perfect night. Thanks Ps. We don't appreciate the staff in the hallways complaining about previous customers. It shows badly on the hotel!! Complain in employee lounge or home not work. Don't like your job move on to another.

Comfortable - convenient location

I stayed here for one night and have no complaints. Bed was comfortable , room and nice and big. Very close to Philadelphia and close to restaurants. Location is convenient , will definitely stay here again

Harry, we are sorry your room did not have the amenities you desired or needed. Being an extended stay property focused on guests staying seven or more nights, we do have items such as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable in-suite environment to make you feel at home while away from home. We also have hair-dryers and certain complimentary toiletries available at the front desk for our guests who need them. As we have full size refrigerator in all of our suites which includes ice trays, we do not have ice machines on our property. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make sure we are more consistent in our service levels. Great place, horrible customer service.

The facilities, location, cleanliness were all very good. The clerk who did check in was impolite and borderline rude. Customer service is no where in her vocabulary. I was treated as if I was an annoyance.

Very nice and comfy bathroom just was nasty

It was beautiful I felt like I was in a little studio it was comfy it had a nice clean little kitchen but it was worth it until I had to go bathroom and I'm young so I don't really care but the young lady was so nice from front desk she gave me 15 dollars off plus came up and cleaned it for me

Terrible hotel!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.
If you are just looking for a bed to sleep, this place might be ok. But don't expect anything else. They told me that breakfast is between 7 and 9:30 am. There was nothing when I went down at 8 am. Nothing, not even coffee. Plus, the building is along route 70 at the exit of 295. It was always a nightmare when you drive in or out of the hotel. I would personally never come to this hotel again.
