Dirty rooms and outdated. Carpet should be remove even the nonsmoke room still smell like smoke and just old moldy, most likely coming from old nasty carpet. Mold ceiling specially in the shower room. Stained bed sheets. Dirty furniture. Loud AC unit.

Breakfast nightmare
The room was OK, but the breakfast was supposed to be included between 7 and 9, at 7 the office was locked. I waked the clerck, the breakfast room was closed. There was nothng to eat, the juice distributor didn't work. All she brings to eat is 4 bananas

You get what you paid for!
You get what you paid for! So do not expect much. Not so clean, previous guest belongings were still inside the closet, meaning : No one opened to check or clean it. Bathroom could use a good clean despite the price and lines had awfully stains on it. I want to hope and pray it was coffee or wine stain and not blood.

We arrived - lobby smelled like a overflown toilet- didnt ask for ID or card for verification. Got to room, no parking where room was. Got to room- bed was so uncomfortable and the fridge was warm. Went to take shower, realized no shower curtain, not even rge hooks were there. When told guy at front desk, his reply was.. ok thank you for telling me come again

The good: Clean towels, clean bed / sheets, bathroom was clean The bad: Dirty carpet, very dirty radiator, very dirty rack in bathroom. Dirty air vent in bathroom. Entire room smelled heavily of smoke. Room felt dated and walls, baseboards, carpet were in poor condition. Lots of garbage/discarded junk in parking stalls next to us. Very thin walls. A group of individuals were having a barbecue in the parking lot and playing loud music/ watching tv until approximately 1am. Overall felt unsafe. Night staff was unfriendly and very curt. Morning staff was friendly and personable. Overall, I would not stay again. The smoke smell was very off putting and lowered my already low impression of the room substantially.

Terrible hotel
Upon arrival, the front desk lady was very disrespectful and sarcastic. She was not professional at all and gave us a hard time for arriving less than 2 hours before check in time. The room was very outdated and old. It was also very dirty and stains everywhere. If it weren't for booking with a third party and arriving so late to go to sleep, we wouldve left. But we arrived after 8pm to sleep and my son was already asleep. So we stayed. The bathroom was disgusting and stains everywhere. I believe there was also some kind of rodent poop laying around.

You get what you pay for. This was very inexpensive, but not very clean or well-maintained. “Continental breakfast” was the pits. But it was cheap, and a fairly comfortable fairly clean bed.

Wow! What a dump. Do not stay here. The room smelled like something between cigarette smoke and chemicals intended to cover up cigarette smoke. Everything in the room was run down or worn out. We stayed only because we were too tired to go look for something else. Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal, bananas and coffee. That was it. Also the woman at the front desk was a nasty old prune.

The elderly woman working the front desk in the evening used a rude tone and expected me to know the layout of the hotel, even though I am out of town. She also spoke negatively about previous customers. The breakfast area was very limited. They went to Food Lion to purchase cinnamon rolls and only offered cereal and bananas as the other choices. Never coming back here.

The "breakfast" was horrible. We went out to eat instead, along with several other guests. The bathroom was very dirty, the fridge freezer had at least 3" of ice built up, no trash can in the room

I do not recommended this property to anyone if you looking to spend the night in clean and comfortable place. The property doesn’t have an elevator, it’s advertised NON smoking, but all around the property you can smell the smoke. At first our room looked clean, but after walk around the room I wish I could’ve just leave this place, but having 2 little tired kids, we decide to spend the night. The bathtub stopper was detached and you can see how dirty was there, hair behind the bathroom door and floor. Looks like someone did some maintenance work, but forgot to clean it. My 2yrs old found screws around the bed, dust and wood chips in the closet, right above the bed on the ceiling you can see stain from possible leak, someone tried to fix it, but did a horrible job. The beds had 4 small kids size pillows and there is no extra pillows in the room. Definitely not a place for family with kids!

There was 10 day old food in fridge. Carpet was not swept around beds. Spring on bed was coming through at end of bed. Shower curtain was dirty with hair on it. Shower walls were dirty. Toilet paper holder was dirty. Toilets rim was black with dirt. No hand soap. Towels were stained.

The lady at the front desk during check in never once smiled. Just acted as if I bothered her by being there. Not friendly at all. No trash can in bathrooms. No shower curtain in one bathroom. The trash cans that were there were sooooo small. TV channel list had no info about what was showing.

Great value for a hotel
Hotel staff was so nice! Room was great & the continental breakfast had much more than I expected. The pools were clean & not overcrowded. We had a great stay & would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel and this location and this particular room 161 for over 5 years. The furniture is worn out and uncomfortable and old looking. The bathroom’s floor and tub and sink was dirty and stained. The breakfast consisted of coffee, 2 dry cereal and milk, maybe juice? No hand towels.
