The associate helping us was very nice but she was alone. At one point I came down to get some bedding for the pull out couch (which was filthy, btw.) and I stood in line for 20 minutes. I finally went back upstairs to my room and came down later. There was a homeless man who was sleeping in an alcove just across from the elevator. I notified the hotel staff and he was escorted out. The breakfast was okay, but the juice and water machine was broken. The staff had to try to keep pitchers of water and lemonade filled. The hotel was in a very unsafe neighborhood. When my family and I arrived, there were 3 or 4 police cars at the property next door. Couple that with the homeless man on our floor, I didn't feel safe at all. I was so happy to just get out of there. Hotel staff was polite, but they are working in horrible conditions. We won't come back here.

Its supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but our room smelled very musty/smoke. The furniture (club chairs, ottoman was stained) the bed skirt was nasty . Couple stains on the white comforter. The king bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. The bathroom was nice, clean. The area next door was unkept, trash laying around. There were no bugs in the room which was a plus. and Chanty the front desk attendant was a charm!

The hotel was dirty and didnt have enough linens, pillows, or bed clothes. The hotel was in a state of disrepair. It had broken doors, glass in the grass around the property, and the staff was difficult to find. They were watching shows on their phones while talking to them. They kept running out of food during breakfast and the juice machine was broken. It was an awful experience.

Room had dirty sheets. Refrigerator didn’t even close! Spoke to the front desk and they didn’t replace it. Paint was chipped in the room. Hallway and stairwell carpets were disgusting. Couldn’t even get in the pool because of how dirty it was kept. And to top it all off we had to walk through the hallways while people kept their doors open while they had loud sex with while being whipped!

They need to update the desk and chairs. The carpet needs to be replaced with flooring. The microwave and refrigerator.l need to be replaced. The smell of the room need to have air freshers

Overall, i dont think the property has strong management to upkeep its facilities. Numerous times reported issues in the room, but none were addressed. FrontDesk didn't even know Guest Laundry Facility was out-of-order Access Keys expire every night. Even the keys left in the room. Old and Ripped wash cloths, Ripped bedding details. No hangers in the closet. The microwave was dirty. Minimal parking spaces. Shared parking with a neighboring motel that does not look safe. Best part of the hotel was the FrontDesk area and friendly staff. Everything else was below Comfort Suites Standards Big fan of Comfort Suites. however, this is probably the worse one of the worse of them all
