Nice hotel. Quiet area.

Clean and nice rooms. Staff very professional. Nothing but the upmost respect during my stay. Would definitely stay here again and refer others.

Terrible Hotel.

Pros: NOTHING. The hotel is terrible.
Cons: They need to update it and they need honest stuff to take care of cleaning.
Location: we had to drive 40 min to beach they have shopping center
Very bad smell in the room. Dust everywhere No light in the bathroom very hot even with the very old AC I booked two night but stayed only one night. I had very bad experience in this horrible hotel.

Not for Extended Stay Hotel

Pros: Staff: Courteous, polite, professional, and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast could use a hot item besides coffee & tea. Exercise room. Business room. Refrigerators.
1st room had a broken bed frame: Changed rooms. 2nd room: Pillows: Too soft, no support. Bed: Not very good, uncomfortable. Slow draining tub: Maintenance person off for the day, I cleared drain. Had to signout dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. Housekeeping incurs a $10.00 surcharge. Refrigerator: Missing three of the four storage compartment rails. Breakfast (?): Would be better if they hadn't had it and lowerde the price of the room. Air conditioner: Ran constantl, did not cycle on and off. Staff: Awesome, only saving grace.

Upon check in Veronica was the best front desk person that has waited on me in song time. Rooms were fine,nothing fancy but very clean, if business takes me back will stay again.

Pleasant stay

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was just what you need for a good night stay. Just remember to ask for your ice bucket and kitchen utensils so you can be set up for your stay. We feel the negative reviews aren't warranted, you're not paying to stay at the Ritz hotel.
