The pillows were uncomfy & there was something on the walls (looked like blood). The air conditioner smelled like it was burning at night... Not far from the beach . Heard a lot of noise from the outside since we were so close to the steps . I wasn't bad for the price I payed I guess

No elevator stairs dark n dirty

This hotel has no elevator. Our room was on third floor had to lug our belongings up 3 flights of stairs. Stairs are outside hotel. Was informed we we not entitled to housekeeping because we were only staying 4 nites it would be an extra 10 dollars a day. In order to get fresh towels had to bring dirty ones to office. I thought this was crazy. Stairs were dirty n dark. Garbage pails on floors of hotel were overflowing. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for. On a good note it is close to alot of restaurants which was convenient.

Don't stay here

Items where left from previous guest. Lobby didn't open until after 7:50am for breakfast after a guest found somebody. False advertisement. The place needs cleaning. No laundry area as advertised either. Stairs well smelled horrible. For the price you can find better place to stay.

It was a nice hotel minus the bed bugs

I got there and was supposed to stay 3 nights. I stayed one night and ended up finding many bug bites all over me. I went down and told the front desk and they were very rude and acted like I was lying the whole time. I called Expedia and they helped me find a new hotel and get my refund back. Never going back.

Great place to stay overnight on the way to OBX

Cons: A little dated
Location: Norfolk was really nice to visit
Easy on and off the highway - will stay there again

Poor

No maid service????!!!! You get maid service at any other hotel. No ice machines. Nothing in kitchen supposedly so you get clean items. I highly doubt that. Trash was everywhere outside. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and will never stay at an Extended Stay America again. Very poor!

My overnight stay

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice, but I never sleep well in hotels. The hotel is right next to a bunch of stores. I needed to run out to purchase items I had forgotten on my trip.

Never Again

The room was small, the bed was VERY uncomfortable, towels had a dingy appearance. Noisy.There was anything great about this hotel.
