Eh. At least there was a Subway next door.

Pros: It has easy access to I-80.
Cons: Get an exterminator in there to get rid of the roaches.
Location: There isn't a ton of stuff to do in Cheyenne, but there are several attractions within a few hours' drive.
My rooms were pretty clean on the surface. However, on my second night, I found a cockroach hanging out on the ceiling. I thought "Eh, no big deal, just a bug." Two nights later, one was crawling on my arm and a baby one was hanging out on my pillow as I was trying to fall asleep. Not exactly a comforting thought as one is trying to get some shuteye before hitting the road. Also, there isn't a whole lot around the hotel as far as food goes. There's a Pilot/Subway across Campstool Rd, but that's about it. Otherwise, you need to drive into Cheyenne (as the hotel is on the outskirts). On the bright side, all of the housekeeping staff that I encountered were supremely friendly!

Nice hotel

Wish it was a little closer to down town or maybe they would have a shuttle service available , we were a big group and it made it difficult for everyone to get to all the places each one wanted to see with only one van , but otherwise the hotel was great

Well run, clean, friendly (and dog-friendly)

The facility is perfectly fine for a hotel of this class. Construction seems relatively new. An elevator right in the lobby is very convenient for getting dogs in and out of the building. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are no real restaurants within walking distance, but a Pilot and Subway across the street offer some relatively healthy food choices without much effort. Staff is glad to recommend restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive of the hotel. Pricing is a little high for a hotel in this class, but there are not many others (if any) in the neighborhood that take dogs, and that's a big issue for this traveler.

The best breakfast anywhere!

The hotel and staff we're great, but it is the breakfast that stands out! It was wonderful...3 cheese omelette, green chili Verde, biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles, all sorts of toppings, pastries, cereal, bagels, fruit. There was an actual chef available. He offered to make plain scrambled eggs for a woman who didn't care for omelettes. Really amazing for a hotel breakfast!

Great hotel! You ask me to fill out a review...which i did, but then you tell me its not enough?!? Customers are doing this on a VOLUNTARY basis...you might want to keep this in mind....doubt i will fill out another.

Pros: Breakfast buffet is excellent. The pool and exercise area provide good family activities.
Cons: Elevator could move more quickly.
Location: It's close to our family so we enjoy that as well.
This hotel was very accommodating. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room. The breakfast buffet is excellent especially the sausage gravy and other extras. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Nice motel but we had some problems

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Above what I have posted should be taken seriously. Would I stay here again, probably not
Cons: Pillows, toilets, change all to comfort height and check all air conditioners every month.
Location: Did not do anything it is to far removed from Cheyenne. Keep this in mind and get something closer if planing on more than an over night stay.
Very nice motel but our first room we were given, only a shower, not so good for senior lady. Called the desk and they changed rooms. Should have a tub in every room. That evening the air conditioner would not stay on, it only would cycle sometines, even if it was put on 60 degrees and auto. So the room was to warm, most of the night. The negative for most all motels I have stayed is not installing comfort height toilets. Toilets are dirt cheap and these places need to get a grip on aging travelers and get rid of these old stools. Last negative is the pillows were like little knots instead of a nice comfortable pillow. First time we had run into this. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, best we had at any place we have stayed. Keep the cook, he cares about his job and everybody's satisfaction.
