Nice place for the price close to everything close to downtown Cheyenne and restaurants and frontier days only thing I didn't like is that we were to close to the train tracks.

Only mattress are not in good condition

Room was fine. The little refrigerator was the best very cold and worked great. No water cups.

Just wanted a good night's sleep.

Everything about this hotel at a 10pm check-in was sub-par. An elevator that didn't work so we had to carry our bags up steps, a lumpy bed, little pillows, a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain and AC that smelled moldy. Ugh. Plus, another guest on the floor below us had their dog with them. It yapped and yapped. When we called the front-desk, the attendant told us we would have to walk the hallways and determine where the dog was and knock on the door ourselves. Needless to say, shouldn't the front desk person know where the dogs are in the hotel? We told him he needed to do it. Finally, about 10 minutes later, after we could hear knocks on doors and conversations and more yapping, the dog was quiet. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, OJ, biscuits and gravy.

Guest satisfaction needs to be a priority regardless of the time of day or situation. While I work with my staff to make the necessary corrections, I hope the rest of your trip went well.
