Handi

Was put in a handicap room with very little amenities. The shower drains to the floor, no vanity in bathroom. Not very accomadating even for handicap. Bed was hard and sheets were used. To top it off A/C went out at night and room was stuffy and heat unbearable since we were leaving the next day staff did nothing to relieve us. Prices were up due to rodeo.

Very helpful in difficult travel arrangements Contacted us when there were difficulties They hosted a nice conference during the eclipse and everyone seemed happy and helpful

Don't expect accommodation from staff

Had reserved two rooms for one night at Cheyenne Frontier Days months earlier at a good rate. Our friend and his wife got in an auto accident on the way up from Denver and couldn't use the 2nd room. With all the rooms being sold out and multiple other people seeking rooms (at much higher rates), I approached the hotel and the manager said tough luck, even though there were several people at the hotel looking for rooms for the night in line next to me willing to pay a higher rate. This is extremely unacceptable and total disregard for customer service.

Needs Updating

I rated lower overall because the entire hotel needs updating, especially the flooring. They need to do away with carpeting, especially in the rooms. The large open area out in the lobby is very outdated and seems to be underutilized. Staff was very friendly.

Really Nice in 1985

We arrived at 6:30 pm. Our room wasn't ready. Hallways and the working elevator not vacuumed. Everything was dirty. AT 6:30 the hallways were still full of laundry and cleaning carts, but no staff working. We checked out at 10 am. and there were no laundry or cleaning carts in the hallway. Usually any hotel is if full clean mode at 10 am. Our room had a huge sticky spot on the floor that we had to put a towel over so we would not step on it. Stay away from this place.

Nice hotel right on interstates 80

Everything was ok but walking down the hallway smelt like old mildew and it was stuffy

Great location!

Pros: Location & staff
Cons: Just cosmetic stuff
Location: We attended Frontier Days rodeo, lots of restaurants between the hotel and fairgrounds. Gas stations just around the corner.
We stayed here while attending the Frontier Days Rodeo in Cheyenne. The hotel is obviously an "older" hotel and there are some cosmetic things that could use updating (i.e. carpeting, paint, freshen up the rooms a bit), but it was super CLEAN - which earns the highest marks in my book! The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect - just off the main strip, and only a few minutes drive to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Wild Women gone West!!

Pros: everything!!
Location: Location was great...we stayed here 2 nights before continuing on to Deadwood.
Check-in was very easy & the staff very friendly. I really liked the bar & grill's easy access plus the open area of the lobby. Overall I would certainly here again!
