Awful hotel can't believe it has the Radisson name

There are many hotels in Cheyenne so we picked a brand we thought would be reliable. how wrong we were. From the slovenly restaurant staff to the awful buffet breakfast and dirty rooms, this hotel is in dire need of a reboot.

Convenient access older hotel

Pros: Excellent staff, food was good.
Cons: back door to parking lot needs to have automatic controls and widened. Luggage carts need to updated
The hotel was located with easy access to the freeway and downtown. The staff were very helpful, courteous. Breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was excellent, reasonably priced. Unfortunately this property has seen better days, as the carpets were worn and stained, one elevator was out of commission for a day, and the back door to the parking lot was narrow, didn't have automatic controls. it was very difficult to get bags in and out as the luggage carts were wobbly and the tires needed to be fixed.

Pretty atmosphere, impeccable staff

We booked one night at the last minute after initially booking at the La Quinta Inn and finding it unacceptable. To walk in the Raddisson after that was just wonderful. The hotel is super clean and updated, but the staff act like they're from the Four Seasons. Nice job on whomever is hiring and training at this Raddisson!

Cheyenne for High School vball

Good stay Check in efficient and friendly-Spencer was great! My only comment would be that the lounge chair in the room needed to be replaced. Very warn and appeared dirty. Room 437. Please check it out.

Great place to stay on I80.

Pros: The food at the resturant and bar and the great staff; especially registration desk, restaurant and bar staff.
Cons: Needs some repairs; wallpaper pealing, dirty courtyard and some general maintenance.
Location: Great location along I80.
This hotel is pet friendly. The staff is great; very friendly, courteous, helpful with great customer service. The resturant and bar have great food;

We arrived late night to the hotel , when I wrnt to check in staff had my room ready only took 5min to check in ..got to rest right awsy no hassle @ front desk.

Great pet friendly hotel!!! Nice area to walk dog

Pros: Pet friendly and safe rooms
Cons: There were stains on the carpet in the room. Otherwise, was very clean.
Glad this hotel was available. Was booked at another hotel that I planned to check into but, the hotel had a security issue and my wife and I decided to find different accommodations. This Radisson was available and the price was only $20 more than the scary location I had previously booked. The discounted room I found on Expedia saved the day. The hotel was clean and looked good. There were stains on the carpet in the room, but nothing too offensive. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay in this location again if visiting Cheyenne and needed a hotel room.

Nice bar!

Location: On our way to Yellowstone.
The bar staff was friendly an efficient. The room was excellent.

Very fast check-in. Clean comfortable room. All the amenities. It was a one night stay while passing through. Close to I-84. Stayed here four years ago when making the same journey.
