Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy parking, good wifi. Poor design of rooms (TV not across from bed or couch but at an awkward angle, and the wall-mount does not articulate to allow better viewing angle). Hot water issues. Bad window seal near AC/Heating unit, creating deafening wind noises (think howling, whistling) throughout the often windy days and nights in Cheyenne. Some construction corners were clearly cut and the property, while new, needs to be tended to accordingly. Breakfast quality is below Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn. Gym and pool area are quite nice. Overall this is property is decent with a very good staff, but needs some work.

If you like checking in and not knowing if the room was cleaned from the previous guest, semi warm showers, and heating that was either blowing hot or cold air this is the place for you. I will say the staff was excellent in trying to make things right. They deserve a lot of credit.

Place was filthy in common areas - the rooms were clean, but the HVAC vacillated 10 degrees hot and cold so there wasn’t any way to sleep decently. Room was quiet and breakfast was a little better than most

Shady and wont change or refund
Absolute trash establishment, i booked a weekend but was forced to change weeks, they refused to switch or refund and i endeded up out 600 bucks to a shady business

We apologize for the issues you experienced, but sue to you booking through a pre-paid site, the hotel is unable to modify these reservations. Any date changes MUST be done directly with the 3rd party. Also the refund would have to come from the 3rd Party site since you paid them and not the hotel

It was really clean and updated. I enjoyed everything about the hotel and it has a pool that is warm. My son kept calling it a five star hotel and he really enjoyed the whole experience

One special touch is the hotel’s art — whether subtle in design/color scheme of furniture to wall art to sculpture in main lobby. Staff were friendly upon arrival/check in. It’s a basic modern style hotel, clean, spacious but still comfy cozy. I like the lighting on the bathroom mirrors. Working AC/Heat that doesn’t take too long to kick in. I’d stay again.

The first room we were checked into the heat didn't work. Front desk moved us to another room. The heater worked ok. It took over 4 hours to heat up. Not having carpet in the rooms definitely makes a difference. The toilet had pee stains dried on it. So it definitely got missed by house keeping. The tv remote didn't work. I had to take it to the front desk to get new batteries. The shower has not shelves to put your shampoo, soap or wash rags. You have to use the shower floor or back of toilet, gross. Otherwise everything was just fine for what we had.

Welcome Port in the Storm
Moving acrosss country at Christmas time is stressful. Add a winter storm and it’s borderline freak out. Great to be greeted warmly, efficient check in and very nice room. Good breakfast and ready to face the road again. Thanks for the stay.

Great stop on a long drive
Great for a quick overnight stop. Comfy, had what we needed, and overall clean (just a bathroom drawer that hadn’t been cleaned - very minor). Staff was super friendly, and had a cozy Christmas vibe in the lobby. Excellent breakfast, even with gluten free options! They had eggs, ham, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and gluten free bread/bagels! Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed one night here with my husband and dog on the way to Utah. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for so many reasons. First, I booked a 1-king bed room but the front desk lady said there was no available 1-king bed room and gave us 2-queens bed room instead. It seems this issue quite frequently happens at this hotel. Second, the room was not clean!!! It’s a newly built hotel but the cleanliness is under average. There are strains on bedding. Thrid, A/C worked but in a wrong way. When we turned it on, it made a room so hot and dry!! It caused static electricity a lot. It was very serious that when my dog walked on the bed in dark, I was able to see the blue sparks!!! We couldn’t sleep at all.

The room was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Two queens and a couch with a lot of table/ counter space. Mini fridge and microwave too. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I was in Cheyenne for a funeral, stayed two nights, and felt very safe as a woman as woman traveling alone. The customer service was excellent, Casey at the front desk was great. And it was really nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning, and each morning there were different options; and plenty of seating in the lobby.

Front desk staff is fantastic. Large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Lobby area nice with access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water. Breakfast had multiple selections for a quick grab and go. Would stay again.

Quality hotel!
