Expected more for the price.

If the rate had been lower I probably would have given the full 5 stars. However, when I pay nearly $200/night I expect a little more from a hotel. The pool area was a titch on the small side with little seating, the pillows were horribly uncomfortable (this is my biggest complaint...no selection with varying firmness), the shower had ridiculous water pressure (this doesn't seem like it should be a complaint but it was so strong it wasn't comfortable. My husband even laughed and referenced a certain Seinfeld episode when warning me about the pressure! Ha!), and the weekday breakfast ends at 9:00 with just an ok selection. We went down at 8:45 and there were still a number of guests coming down until at least 9:30. (They did still have some dry food out for these guests). On the bright side, the room was beautiful and the entire hotel was very clean. We will probably try out a different hotel in this price range on our next visit but will not rule out this hotel for future stays if we don't find a better one. We'll just make sure to bring our own pillows next time! :)
