Posted Dec 21, 2014 on HotelClub
Did not like the staff, was always pushing to do things, had $ values against each and enery thing. we ended up moving out and booked another hotel near city. Too far from city and attractions.

No go Plz.

Can find better hotels for the price. Too far from city, staff always after $ We checked in had shower no one else in the whole resort/hotel though the staff forced us to get things in time and not friendly. Each and every move and question was backed with an $ they expect us to pay. Even booking a taxi they charge 400 bath more than the normal rate. Too far from central location. Food was just basic and we couldn't choose any. Will not go again. We booked another hotel Imperial Mae Ping and left same day. No go.

very clean, tastefully decorated, high quality furnishings somewhat like 5 star hotel, bfast menu is customised. However if your main purpose of visit is not ban tawai, it's too far away from the main places.

Very Personalized Touch

Posted Jan 28, 2013 on Orbitz
Owner met me at door and was very charming and warm. The occunpancy for that night was low so i could receive specialized attention. The hotel and grownds were exceptionaly clean well maintained. This hotel would be a good place for family vist and I would stay there again.

Great Trip started from Great hotel

Very comfortable and peace environment. But a bit far away from Chiang Mai City.It is fine we have a family car.Free parking and free wifi. The staff are very nice and friendly.First day,No hot water for bathing due to no much power storage from solar energy?!(staff explained). Chiang Mai likes the cool of autumn at night.Hot water was supplied next day.Free breakfast of American style or Chinese style.

Assaradevi Villas & Spa

Posted Nov 28, 2011 on Hotels
Spa should be taken OUT of the name. There is no spa, no onsite massage and the pool was closed for maintenance. This hotel should not be given more than a 2 star rating. It is NOT 3 star material.

Amazing to relax

Posted Aug 4, 2011
We have been there for few days to relax and discover Chiang Mai during the quiet season Hotel team has always been very helpful and very very gentle The place is very charming and quiet (15/20 min via tuk tuk from city center) The pool is amazing and very hot, room very clean with lot of space and a private balcony. The hotel is located in the land close to a small village. From outside your room door you can see farmer working on their rice culture... We realy enjoyed that place and strongly recommand it Don't forget to ask hotel team for a map to go to the hotel for the tuk tuk drivers who always know where you want to go, but very often get lost :-)
