Hotel canceled at last minute, no explanation
Hotel canceled on me, without explanation, less than an hour before I headed to the airport, so I scrambled to find another hotel at the last minute. I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't easy finding a hotel I liked at the last minute. Not a happy camper.

The hotel is getting aged . Need to upgrade . Air con , toilet appearance is aging . Lighting in room are rather dark .

Hotel is very old and has not been updated for a long time. Carpets in the corridors were very dirty. Shower didn't work when we checked in and the bathroom light was broken. Breakfast was mostly inedible.

Sheets and towels changed daily. Large accommodation and brilliant view over Chiang Mai. Cleaning staff always happy, smiling and helpful

Hotel was well situated, the swimming pool was OVER COLD nobody warned to use it and staff at pool when told were rude. The hotel entrance is 100% Not wheelchair friendly because of the ramp. I had to chase room cleaners EVERY DAY asking for shampoo or water or coffee so with these issues I won't be returning to the hotel in future

Nice Hotel needing some TLC. Good for the price.
Stayed 8 days. Overall, great experience. Spotty internet. Breakfast has a good variety over the week. A bit run down and needs some TLC. No hot water one morning. Great location. Semi-Quit (the connecting wall rooms are thin between the connecting door). Overall, a good deal for the money.

Hotel with good location
Hotel location was very central. Room was huge and well appointed but a bit aged. There’s some water leakages in the toilet sink area. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The shuttle bus to airport was expensive at 150 baht per person. We took a Grab instead.

They have a big swimming pool but too cold for a leisure swim. Location is good. It is about 30 mins bus ride from Airport to Night Bazaar by Blue bus (R3).
