服務員態度好好,值得推介。

有問題即刻為客人解決,服務員值得讚揚,但酒店始終舊設施一般,無想像中咁正,泳池太細,境觀唔靚,酒店附近都算方便有食市,有個街市,有7仔同找換店,都值得推介比人既。

Pros: 아침식사, 식당 직원들
Cons: 수영장과 헬스크럽
Location: 위치적으로 크게 불편하지 않음 즐길거리는 재래시장과 조금만 걸어가면 스포츠 센터가 있어서 큰 불편함이 없었음.
호텔은 전체적으로 편리한 동선으로 되어있었다. 다만 호텔에 비해 작은 수영장과 부족한 헬스시설은 일박이나 2박3일 정도의 고객에게는 불편함이 없겠으나 오랫동안 머무는 고객이나 장기투숙고객은 불편함을 느끼게 한다. 주변의 경관은 좋으나 시내와 접근성이 조금은 불편하지만 120~150바트의 뚝뚝이 택시를 이용한다면 불편함을 해소할 수있다. (호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀은 시간맞추기가 힘들다) 아침식사는 전체적으로 무난하게 좋은 편이다. 친절한 직원들과 넓은 공간으로 여유롭고 편안한 아침식사를 할 수있었다. 6일동안 묵었던 치앙마이 홀리데이인 호텔은 휴가를 즐기는데 편안하고 좋은 느낌으로 남았다. 감사하다.

Wonderful service and food,close to city.

Pros: The large room ,excellent service and variety of food offered in restaurant.
Cons: Monitoring bad behaviour around pool area!
Location: Five minute ride to markets,plenty of good restaurants within ten minutes,walk to coffee shop and rediteller.
The staff in all areas of hotel helpful and friendly,highly recommend the buffet breakfast plenty to choose from.Concierge staff organised any tours for us at the best prices ,and we found the tour guides excellent.Our room was large and clean bathroom had lots of toiletries e.g shower cap shaving kit that most places do not supply and anything extra we needed such as adapter for our electrical items was loaned to us by reception free of charge,rediteller and seven eleven store, also coffee shop all short walk away.

So near the Airport and far from the madding crowd

A large-size hotel - little old but with the basic comforts! Away from the touristy and busy areas. Very near the airport, about 10 mins by car.

Good hotel not so good location.

Pros: Breakfast on the balcony.
This hotel was very good,the staff were excellent and extremely helpful.The rooms are quite large and very clean only the décor is a bit antiquainted,the rates however are very reasonable, The location is not the best a little bit out of the way but they have free shuttles operating to the city/markets and plenty of tuk tuks just out the front for only 120 bart.

Great Value

The hotel is a little old but they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. At the price, it is great value although there is nothing much around the hotel. You will have to travel (short distance) to get to some shopping or food destinations. There is a nice shuttle service to either the night market or a modern shopping mall
